Updated review because it's been a while. Still the best bike shop in town. New location is great. Retail space is very clean, same incredibly helpful staff as always. Had a crash in October and haven't ridden since. Took the ride in for an overall checkup post accident, came out spending less than I anticipated. It's nice to know businesses out there are doing the right thing and not over charging on unnecessary repairs or what not. Customer for life 100%. Thanks as always to Shane, Eric, David, Kyle and Jayme.

Took my road bike in and Oliver the mechanic fixed my bike on the spot. Got me back on the road.

Outstanding service, outstanding store and so rare in this day and age. Did a tune up on my bike due to F1 race in town and I couldn't be more pleased and more satisfied. Really took some stress off my shoulders as the parking situation at work is deteriorating and sucks.

Well..first of all...we were introduced to Ryan who made we were taking care of from the moment we entered the door, until we completed our purchase

We have a #Peloton, therefore Cecil needed a new pair of #cleats !

Well...Ryan made sure the shoes were a great fit, in addition to applying the Delta Clipless Cleats!! How awesome was that?! Very!

Thank you Jayme for going above and beyond in your customer service like I've never experience. Pro Cyclery has a gem with this guy. Not only does he know what he's taking about he makes sure the job gets done, even with BOSCH wouldn't respond to messages, emails and phone calls. Jayme ordered my part that's under warranty, paid for it and installed it on my bike so I can be back out there on the trails riding while he will deal with the warranty company and getting things squared away with them, absolutely amazing. When it comes to doing whatever it takes to get the job done, Jayme is on it with a smile.

Great customer service here yesterday as always. Staff is caring, knowledgeable and professional. Very helpful in answering questions and getting me to the right product on the retail side. Repair service is exceptional. Always pleased with the annual tune-up on my bike. Highly recommended!

Shane and the entire crew here are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They provide great, prompt service and are very committed to your safety and comfort as a rider. Not only did they repair my bike, but Shane took the time to adjust it and gave me so many helpful tips.

Hard to find anything bad to say about Procyclery. I've bought shoes, helmets, two bikes Honest good service.

Visited in October '21 with an emergency fix to both my tires. Called late in the afternoon to see if they can do the quick fix. The person who answered said it was no problem and just come on in.

The mechanic was able to get both my tires replaced with new tubes within 15 min, while browsed. Bought a new stand-up air pump, plus the new tubes and install (which I tried to do myself, but I am no mechanic) all came out to a little over $100.

I will definitely come back if I need any installation/repair for my mountain bike in the future.

I have dealt with many bike shops over the years, and I must say that I find the professionalism and quality of work at Las Vegas Pro Cyclery as good as any place I have visited over many years. The willingness to fix your issue while you wait and make certain that everything else on your bike is working correctly is greatly appreciated. Too often a shop either turns you away or tells you that you must wait for days before they can service your bike. At Las Vegas Pro Cyclery. they treat you with respect and understanding that you need to repair the issue and allow the rider to be on their way. I could not be, more positive about a retail experience as I am regarding my visits to Las Vegas pro Cyclery.

I recently bought an old Giant from the 80s and have been into Pro Cyclery a handful of times for repair inquiries, parts and tools, and various purchases. The bike itself is outdated and not in the best condition, but my guy and I are working to get it roadworthy.

Staff at PC have been helpful and professional. The tool I needed to remove the bottom bracket is not one they stock, but they were great about referring us to another place in town and spoke well about their competition, which is classy. Previous experience picking up and dropping off for a spoke repair was quick and easy.

Selection of bikes and accessories in store is on the higher-end side but they do have sales and in store events. I really appreciate that they don't use a hard-sell approach here and are straightforward and cognizant of budget restrictions- my wheels would have been $30 each to true, and it made far more sense to just replace the tires and make spoke adjustments given the age of the bike. Will be back here as needed!

TIP: Ask for Penny, she really makes a trip here a treat! ;)
