I bought some mother's day chocolates here. The store was nice enough and I love downtown Concord; the selection wasn't very different from anything you'd find at any other chocolate place.

Edit: What the hell, I'll give it four stars. My mother loved it.

Just note that 3 stars is Me being generous. Anyways, this is a quaint little place in down town Concord. Really cute set-up. I stopped in today and bought one of almost every chocolate they made. If you're in to supporting local businesses, then this place is great. Otherwise, I've had better from Russel Stovers.

This is really a lovely place to stop in after lunch at one of the nearby restaurants (perhaps the Cheese Shop?) There is a nice selection of cards - particularly for birthdays - as well as homemade chocolates (truffles, filled candies, bark); a Jelly Belly machine (with about 20 types of jelly beans); and dozens of other candies. Many are pre-packaged for gifting, which makes this place a good place to stop by on the way to a graduation or to visit someone in the hospital. It was on the pricey side, but as I just wrote in another review, it is after all, Concord. I really liked the tiny cards available as well as the quirky toys and stuffed animals.
