I went to Brittany at the Weslake location! She was really sweet and we had a lot in common, which was nice since the first application took 2 hours. Refills take only 30 to 60 minutes (you get more for the longer you pay for), however. The application is pain free and you get to just lay there with your eyes closed. Brittany said most people just fall asleep.
I have actually gotten a lot of compliments on my eyelashes and I've stopped wearing any other eye makeup, just a little lip gloss. I feel like a movie star, waking up gorgeous. Sometimes the lashes go a little crazy on me and want to stick to the bottom lashes or feel a little stiff. I think if you have the money, though, it is well worth those weird mornings. Also, I am very careful when washing my face now, feeling like I'm going to rip them off or that my makeup is all going to collect around my huge lashes. I'm sure that is something you adjust to, however.

Great customer service! I love my lashes, I have had them on for 3 weeks and they still look great! No mascara ever anymore which makes my morning routine even faster! Love this place!

I had a brazilian there and was beyond disappointed. The procedure was the most painful I've ever had. I was totally sticky with wax until the next day, very sore, and had several places that still had hair. I've never been one to get red and sore. Will never go back.

Well- I went back on Monday new lashes applied Friday, Feb. 11. On Monday, Feb. 15, I had to have them removed.
This second set of wouldn't stay adhered, either. Within 3 days, my eyelashes were so unevenly dispersed that I looked like I had forgotten mascara only on my left eye. (But boy did my right eye look good!)
Presumably, this is not the usual Princess Lashes experience. Despite spending way too much money for way too little return, I enjoyed Natasha and the overall customer service offered by Princess Lashes. One bad experience does not make a bad service provider.
I just wish all that hard-earned money hadn't flown out of my wallet into the great beyond...with those beautiful lashes following right behind!1 Previous Review: Show all »

I just had a wonderful experience at Austin Lashes. The lash tech was very friendly and I could really tell she knows what she is doing. I love my lashes!

Princess Lashes, LLC (formally known as Austin Lashes) has a veritable uniqueness about it. It's the first ever eyelash extension company to blossom into a spa & boutique with amenities. We felt the need to fulfill more clients' needs in one place. Eyelashes has been fantastic for us, but we are ready to take our mission more mainstream. Services now include eyelash extensions, facials, massage, makeup applications, makeovers, chiropractic, acupuncture, apparel and more. We are bound to have people talking. Austin is known to be different & we want to be just that. We're combining all our talents and inspiring people to not only focus on outside beauty, but internally as well.
