Good pizza. Good Salads. Never disappointed with any of the order we made. I was slightly impressed considering I'd only had so-so pizza from delivery places in the area before.
Never had trouble with delivery times, it was almost always on time, or within the given delivery time. I always found friendly people on the other end of the phone when I called in to order.
Prices are very reasonable, for the quality of the food. Try it out, I don't think you'll be all that disappointed. -

"Your pizza will be there in 30 - 45 minutes"
Thinking to self........What, I ordered a medium pizza only, should'nt take that long.
But turned out long was loooong. It was more than 45 minutes before the delivery guy knocked on the door. I get the pizza and greedily open the box since I am ravenous by now. And inside it was .......a pizza, that was not sliced (Guess these guys take being politically and gramatically correct to a whole new level).
So the next time you are in the mood for waiting like an hour to get your pizza and and would like to order "sliced pizza" or "unsliced pizza" go ahead make the call.Comment from Yuriy L. of Primo's Pizzeria 3/9/2011

A few weeks ago, I came home to a menu flapping away on my screen door. I usually throw them into my "miscellaneous" drawer and forget about them, but I was in the mood for a calzone, so I placed an order that night.
I ordered a meatball and cheese calzone and a Greek salad, and left my credit card number. The person at the other end promised my food in 30 minutes. An hour passed before I heard a knock at my door, and the delivery guy had brought my calzone and a small cheese pizza instead of my salad. He also forgot my credit card slip, and told me that he'd have to come back with it later. He offered to go back and get the salad, too, but I refused and took the food inside, vowing to rant about Primo's on Yelp.
But then I tasted the pizza. Ever since I moved away from Philadelphia 4 years ago, I have been searching for a sweet sauce pizza. As far as I am concerned, you can leave the garlic, onions and oregano out of pizza sauce. I like it sweet! Well this Primo's pizza had the sauce I had been missing. I fell in love immediately.
(The calzone was good, too, but the pizza stole the show)
I ordered again a week later. The food was late again, and the pizza box had been crushed so that some of the cheese had stuck to the top. But I didn't even care! The pizza was so good that nothing else mattered.
Tonight I got just what I wanted, hot and on time. I guess the third time is a charm. But even if the delivery had been bad, I'd order again in a heartbeat.
Primo's serves Malden and Melrose, and delivers Mon-Thurs 11-10, Fri and Sat 11-11, and Sun 12:30-8. A large cheese pie costs $9.25, and extra toppings are $1.00 each.
You've got to taste it for yourself. -

The pizza is awful. The crust was too tough and the sauce was unremarkable. Worst of all, there was an unpleasant flavoring to it, not something I could identify, but definitely not the way a pizza is supposed to taste.

The food here is okay. I really like that you can get any of their subs on a braided roll. The pizza is hideous though. Delivery takes a while and the driver is not exactly nice.....lol. If I had to get food here I would just stick to the subs.

I moved to the same neighborhood as Primo's last year and tried all of the local pizza places. There are many. Primo's makes my favorite pizza by far. Their eggplant parm is also fantastic.

This place is Average, I thought the Staff were a bit rude. Neapoli's is a better take.

This place sucks, they can not get your order right, they say 30 40 mins and they are not far from me at all and it shows up about and hour later. I would not order form there unless you actualy go in and watch them make it to make sure its right. My wife allergic to mayonaise specifacly told the person taking the order and it still showed up with mayo!

Don't bother. The food is average at best and if you think otherwise you haven't visited some of the better places in the area. To add to this the people are just rude. When you call to place an order they act like your bothering them. Try Pisa Pisa or go over to Regina's near Kappy's. The delivery isn't even worth mentioning its so bad so you figure if I have to go there to pick it up you can at least be civil. I hope the owner reads some of these and makes some changes before its too late again for that location. Just dumb business and they obviously could care less about their customers.
