Prezzo - Halstead

Arriving too early we were shown to a comfortable, armchaired, waiting area where we had a pre-dinner drink while our table was being prepared. First impressions were of a well laid out restaurant, busy. Reading previous reviews which mentioned slow service we waited to give our own opinion. Five minutes prior to our booking time we were shown to our table. A nice quiet table for us oldies, so much easier to chat without having to shout. A young lady delivered our menus, took our drinks order and left us to decide. Shortly she arrived back with our drinks and we were ready to order. Fast, friendly service, good food and reasonable pricing. Where is there any complaint. We will be back.

Helpful staff, great atmosphere, good food. Italian chain resturant but you wouldn't think so. Never had a bad meal here. You don;t have to wait too long for food and you are not hurried over the meal. Booking essential some days.


Reasonably priced. Desserts rather run of mill but the main courses make up for that

Waitress are helpful and pleasant and do try, but are a little off perfection.

Ate here with my family on a rare day off together on bank holiday monday. Food was great as usual.


Waitress could do with some more personality though!
