As an insurance agent myself (I think) I have a pretty good idea of what makes a great insurance agent...Mike is certainly one. I've referred tens of my own clients to Mike for business insurance I wasn't able to provide myself and all of my clients provided the same feedback... "Mike was:"

What more can I say but thanks a million to Mike Prevot as well as Sandy and Christina. You want an insurance provider who keeps it simple.
Thats what you get. I must have insurance as a business owner. For years I have reviewed my insurance to get a better rate and every time but one did, I came up with 3 times higher the rate I already had. Mike asked for a quote " What can it hurt to look he asked?" I got the quote and as usual it was way high. Mike went back to the company and wouldnt let up and got me a really good rate. I only wish I had it sooner after paying so much other places. Real integrety. He will fight for you.

Prevot Associates came to our rescue! We were in deep dudu when our previous insurance agent came to us with a quote for our workmans comp that was 50% higher than previous year.

I give Mike Prevot and his team 5 stars. Mike was a life saver 3 years ago. I work with a non-profit organization that was in a transition with new management and staff during the transitions our policies had lapsed. I called Mike ,set up an appt and he came out to our Organization and went over previous policies to make sure he got us the best rates. Mike took out time to even go with me to State Fund in San francisco for hours with documents to get our insurance reinstated. Our organization was insured within a month with medical, Liability and Worker's Comp and at much lower rates. When I contact Mike whether by email or phone with a question or request, I get a response right away meaning within the same day which doesn't happen very often!!!
If your searching for Insurance look no further Mike Prevot Insurance is the way to go, you will not find another company so attentive!!!!! -

I don't like having to think about insurance, but it's a neccesary evil. So when I heard about Mike and his level of integrity, I had to contact him. He does not try to sell you at all and educates you on all things insurance. He has your best interest in mind and as the other reviewer has mentioned will let you know what your best options are, even if it means going somewhere else.
I can't imagine getting my insurance needs serviced anywhere else that would bring this much peace of mind and great customer service. -

Mike is not only the hearty and well-met type of fellow you expect in an insurance agent; he is probably the most knowledgeable business insurance agent I have run across in my many years of practicing law with an emphasis on insurance coverage. Forget the stereo type of "the typical insurance guy."
Now, meet Mike - When I came to Prevot and Associates to get extended coverage on personal insurance, Mike actually explained to me why it wasnt worth me spending the money on the plans I had picked out. I assumed something pricey was going to be put on the table, but quite the contrary - he took the time to show me why the type of insurance I wanted will would never pay for itself.
Ever had an insurance guy minimize the amount of money you spend with him by encouraging you NOT to purchase insurance you were already sure you needed?
From here I have referred Mike to many businesses I work with, and they in turn have referred him to their business partners! The feedback that I have gotten is immaculate! He is consistently able to significantly lower costs, and increase coverage on disability insurance of many of the businesses I worked with...the ones who were already in a great place - this is exactly what he told them. What more can you ask for in these times than a high integrity Insurance guy!
Have Disability Insurance? If so, I would highly recommend chatting with Mike. -

Look up "honest" in the dictionary, you again, you'll find a picture of Mike Prevot.
He's not just a pretty face.
I called Mike to get a quote for WC. He not only beat two other quotes that I already had, but he got back to me in a flash. I also had Mike look over my liability insurance. He liked it so much that he told me to stay with my carrier.
Mike Prevot is professional and honest. Not something you find everyday in the insurance business. -

If you need to buy insurance, Mike Prevot is the guy to see. He can find you the coverage you need for reasonable prices. I know I can rely on him. I had to pull an insurance certificate for a vendor so I could get paid for a large job. Unfortunately, I was going on vacation when they need to have the certificate. Fortunately, Mike is my insurance broker and made sure it happened while I was gone. My check was waiting for me when I returned!
I have referred Mike to several other small businesses and they have had the same great experience. He is definitely the "insurance guy." -

I'm giving Mike 5 stars, and he hasn't even sold me a policy.
We had to get a general liability policy with an additional insured certificate and endorsement for my wife's contract with Santa Clara County. Mike would call or email back within minutes, even on a holiday weekend. He ultimately pointed us to a site where we could apply directly for insurance, and it cost less than the policy we first purchased (which couldn't give us the additional endorsement).
Thanks, Mike! Next time we need a new policy we'll definitely call him first. -

All business owners need insurance - liability, workers comp, errors & omissions, etc. Reading policies and comparing the coverage and keeping it within budget is extremely complex and very time consuming.
I recommend calling Mike P. to help you review what you have and make sure you have enough and even beat it.

I contacted Mike via email and provided him with all the necessary information to obtain a liability quote for a small business. I received an email back within the hour stating he was "on it." That was two months ago. Never heard from him again. Awesome.

We are new to the SF Bay area and were looking to find health insurance here to replace our COBRA based policy. Based on reading the positive reviews on Mike here, I decided to give Mike a call. Boy am I ever glad I decided to call him!
I found Mike to be *extremely* helpful and knowledgeable. He offered to take a look at our current policy to see if he could find a similar (or better) policy for us here, but one that cost less. After reviewing our current coverage, Mike got back to me and said that we had a great plan and didn't think that he could beat it.
How refreshing to work with someone so helpful and honest at the same time! He was positive and upbeat, and very easy to talk to.
If you have any insurance needs, I strongly encourage you to give Mike a call! He won't try to sell you something you don't need and he will be extremely helpful! -

I never thought I would get workers compensation for my company
BUT guess what?
I DID!
I was referred to Mike and he searched high and low for a policy that would fit our needs. I never expected to find someone who would be so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about my situation. Other brokerages I went to quoted me much higher and didn't seem to take me seriously. Either way I'm happy I found this broker because they saved me money and I recommend them to everyone! -

I always recommend Mike Prevot to my business clients, whether they are in start up mode or want to benchmark their current business and health insurance needs. 100% of the time, my clients come back to me praising Mike's amazing responsiveness and reasonable prices. He is a most caring and diligent professional. I do not make a referral to my clients unless I have complete confidence that their needs will be taken care of. My experience wasn't too hot. I had read all those wonderful reviews and thought Oh Boy!. I quickly called him and he answered his cell phone right away and he was just like the reviewers described him to be. He really does have an up personality. He said he was driving in his car so he would have to get back to me either that night or the next day. Well two days went by so I decided to call him again. HIs secretary took my name and number and said when he finished with the phone call he was on that she would have him call me. He did call me right back but gave me the excuse that he had written down my telephone number incorrectly but with most people, especially business people. they all have caller ID so I found that excuse to be a little questionable. But I was very glad that he did call me back and I thought oh good now we can discuss my choices on health insurance and as soon as I started to ask him something he said that his computer was down and he couldn't give me any quotes at that time. Apparently his computer is still down because I haven't heard from him since and that has been over a week now. I feel that he is just a phony baloney and NOT very professional.
