Premier Roofing

I was lucky enough to have a client recommend Premiere Roofing, and hearing that "everyone in Cobble Hill knows that this is the best roofing company". According to my client, Premiere put a roof on her home 40 years ago and it never leaked again, I was sold!

Fred came to assess a leak our Brooklyn Heights home yesterday. Not only did he tell us what he could do to repair, but he also recommended other changes and work that should be done to stop the water infiltration.

Needless to say, we will be using Premiere roofing and I have full confidence in them. I'll be sure to post a follow up review once the work is done.

The woman who answers the phone is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She kept cutting me off and yelling at me when I tried to ask questions. This is probably their busy season and no doubt they have enough work to keep them busy, but I don't think it would have been too much of an ask for her to be nice, since I was not rude to her and was just trying to explain my situation.

After keeping my husband on hold for 20 minutes in the middle of his work day the call dropped and he called back. Then they told him they don't work with engineers and hung up on him. Because he dared ask for specifics about the materials they're using. I don't recommend working with a roofing company that is afraid of an engineer...

Anthony and his brother Fred are trustworthy professionals. I neglected to keep my gutters cleaned, resulting in a flood on my roof and some rainwater leaking into my ceiling. Anthony and Fred responded immediately to my emergency calls. They acted swiftly to resolve the problem and did not impose any unnecessary costs. Fortunately I do not yet need a new roof. But when the time comes I will definitely use Premier Roofing

Anthony and his crew were complete professionals, able to answer my every question patiently and clearly. They are overloaded with work, especially after the two recent storms, but I managed to reach them after the first storm (because of a leak we had), so I got lucky. We have lived in our brownstone-type townhouse for 22 years, and never had the roof done. Anthony, on his initial visit, saw that it was still in good enough condition that we only needed a resurfacing--in other words, he didn't try to sell us on work we did not need! Their prices are very reasonable, and they are all a pleasure to work with. The roof looks great now, and they attended to every detail. I would give them more than 5 stars if available!

Great experience with Premiere Roofing. It's been six+ years since we had our full brownstone roof replaced in Brooklyn, not a single issue since then. The work was high quality, they are professional and have great customer service.

We had our roof on 16th Street recently done by Premier and we are totally satisfied. Anthony sat down with me and my husband after inspecting our roof and went through the condition of the roof, listened to the issues we were having with the roof and gave us various options. He answered all our questions, gave us his valuable advice and we were able to make an informed decision that we were all comfortable with. He explained the procedure, pricing, etc. He responded immediately to our phone calls, questions, etc., confirmed an installation date and followed up the day before to confirm. His crew was the best! Very professional, neat and well organized and really nice people. It is so refreshing and stress free to find such a great group of people, from Anthony to his workers. Not a moment of worry or indecision with our choice of Premier!

We had a major leak in our house during an unusually torrential rainstorm. We called several contractors to check out the damage. The only one who came quickly was Fred from Premier Roofing. He made some immediate improvements to the roof drainage, did not charge for his emergency work, offered a proposal for further work, and assuaged our concerns about more damage occurring. We will seriously consider doing the additional work he suggested. We highly recommend Fred from Premier Roofing!

These people are complete trash. Not professional... stay away from!!

Extremely rude and a tremendously bad experience ...

I have used this company for several different roofs over the years (5 in total). Their work has been outstanding and they truly honor their warranty. I cannot recommend them more highly! Fair prices, fantastic professional work.
