Prairie Path Pet Care

I've been using Prairie Path Pet Care since March 2016. I've been extremely pleased with the level of service and care they provide my dog and cat. They come 4 times a week to walk my little Charlie and always take such great notes that are then emailed to me (emails received upon arrival and departure). Their primary objective is to walk my pup, but they always love on my kitty as well - giving both treats and attention while at the house. They not only take great care of my pets, they also bring in my garbage cans on garbage day, bring in the paper from the driveway, and even bring in packages so they're not sitting outside unattended. If there is a higher rating than 5/5, I would absolutely give it to them! Each and every associate is awesome and I couldn't be more happy to give my business to this amazing team.

My review is because the lack of service received while I was on vacation with my Family. We left our two dogs in care of Prairie Path Pet Care (Person responsible was Marsha), we had an issue with her about loosing the keys and supposedly she found them. The day we came back our house floor was a mess, Crap all over and piss all over. Very disappointed and we have pictures to proof it. I would not contract this service anymore. If they called them self's dog care givers, I say not. I am still waiting on my keys and a refund.

We've been using Prairie Path for several years now and they are all awesome. The app is amazing, you can see when they arrive, where they walk, and when they leave. Marsha, Brandy and the rest of the gang leave detailed notes and even send pictures of the pups when they leave. We've never had a problem and the pups just love them.

These guys seriously, seriously rock. I recently moved to Crystal Lake with my Aussie mix, Bailey, who I had also recently adopted. Bailey is high-energy and has a bit of anxiety. I was in need of someone to check on her/take her out while I'm at work during the day, but I was a little nervous about trusting a dog-walking service. However, Eric and Noel put me at ease the moment we met them. We have been getting daily, weekday walks from PPPC for a few months now. I am honestly blown away every day by how attentive, capable, and just plain caring these guys are! With Pet Check Technology, you get an email when the walker arrives and when they leave, with a note, pictures, a map of where they went, and whether your pet did #1 and #2. They will let you know what your dog's poop is like, if that's something you're worried about, haha.

They truly prioritize Bailey's needs and are in constant communication with me about how she's doing, special considerations for that day, etc. I have been working on basic obedience with Bailey and this is also something they take into account, helping implement the same things I am doing with her. This may seem corny, but I think they truly live up to their motto- "where pets are family." Whenever I am worried about something regarding Bailey or my home (the electricity has been out, I'm waiting on a package, etc.) during the day, I know they'll be there and can let me know what's going on. We love PPPC!!!

I have had Prairie Path Pet Care walking my dogs for about a year now and have found them to be outstanding. Their area manager Marsha is excellent and treats my pets as if they were her own. I strongly recommend them.

We are SO grateful to Prairie Path dog walkers. Our pup, Dexter, is prone to anxiety, especially around new people, but he loves everyone at Prairie Path. We debated boarding him for a recent vacation, but chose to have Eric and co. let him out instead. Not only did Dexter have a great weekend, we were able to schedule a last minute walk when our flight was delayed! It is so wonderful to have a dog walking service that we can both depend on and trust. We love the updates and pictures from every walk, too!

Prairie Path Pet Care is an awesome company that really puts your pets' needs first. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell how much the employees truly enjoy caring for animals. Scheduling is super easy and they are very accommodating with last minute appointments or changes! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for trustworthy and responsible pet care!

This team is my favorite set of dog walkers! And we've had a few up until now. Eric and his team are so caring and easy going with our pups. We recently moved to the suburbs with our senior lady, Damien and our crazy rescue pup, Fallon. We were nervous about how the move would be on them and the fact that we'd be away from home for longer each day. But Eric put us at ease so quickly and every single day cares for them like they're his own.

He's trained other staffers with as much attention to detail and we love that our pups have the opportunity to meet other people (but if you're not comfortable with this, they'll accommodate!). Everyone gives thorough updates, adorable photos and detailed notes.

Eric helped us ween Fallon out of the crate and he's been doing great, being able to spend more time with freedom. He's so flexible with hours which is helpful with our crazy schedules. He always responds immediately and is very well organized. My parents popped over one day and dropped their dog off without giving us a heads up so when Eric walked in and saw 3 dogs, it was no big deal! He walked their dog too and loved her just as well.

We highly recommend this group and so happy we found them.

Amazing. My Wife and I went on a much needed vacation recently. Having never boarded or been away from our 3 dogs, we were worried that there would be problems. Well. after speaking with Eric Esposito and Brandy, we felt assured that our pets would be well taken care of, walked/fed and given attention. We couldn't have been more happier with the results ! The best part was our dogs were taken care of out of our home, which relieved some of the tension they would have had if taken to a boarding environment. I highly recommend Prairie Path to anyone who loves their pets... We are now looking forward to another getaway and feel very confident that Eric, Brandy and Staff will take care of our pets.

I cannot say enough good things about Prairie Path Pet Care. They are always there when I need them. The dogs LOVE Eric. I use PP on a random schedule, just when I need help and its almost always relatively last minute. They always accommodate me no matter what. I will never use a different pet care service, because I already have the best.
