The Potlatch has saved me quite a few times on those last minute occasions! They have a pretty good selection of Tahoe themed jewelry, stuffed animals, arts and crafts, etc. Its a grandmothers heaven. For what it is, I think they have done a really good job. I'll be back again an hour before Christmas!
