"I had one of the best car buying experiences here, and I wasn't expecting it! I came here with my boyfriend looking to test drive the G37s…" read more »
I like this place, I don't know why people here had such a bad experience. I'm the type where I don't want to go through that crap of going back and forth with the price when buying a car.
I was very up front and they came back with something very reasonable. They have to make a profit you know? Plus, if you're going to buy a Porsche, why haggle over a few hundred dollars?

Sales: Ordered a 997 from them when they were still shared a building with Steven Creek Audi. Car arrived, a few options I ordered were missing. They agreed to order and install them for me. After four months of calling and emailing, sales finally told me those options could only be installed by the factory and cannot be ordered/ added later.
Service (new building): They charge much less than Porsche of Fremont for the same service...almost $200 cheaper for the 20K service. For the loaner, they provided me a Camry and a Mazda 3 while Porsche of Fremont would provide a Mercedes C class. I guess that's where the $200 covers.
Pretty good service here.

If you go here--go see Vinny. He's the best and won't jerk you around--that is, unless you race your GT3 at the track and then lie about how the carbon rotors fried themselves on, urrr, highway 9. ;)

I've been to the new location twice, once was to check out the Cayman S. The salesperson was helpful and answered my questions. This was a while ago.
FF to this weekend... Porsche's 911 Turbo Cabrio was launched, they held an event and served "brunch".
Got there just past 10a when it started and the place was fairly empty. First walked in and checked out the seal gray 911 Turbo, then the white 911 Turbo Cabrio. Sales guy asked if I was ready to buy, I jokingly said not yet. I then asked about the GT3 and he said there were 2 coming in. At that point he said to hurry and get some food... There's really no rush, the place was empty. Still checking out the Cabrio, another sales person eventually said to get some food. I told him I didn't want to dirty the car yet.
Anyways, eventually got around the food. They have a spread of muffins, bagels, fruit salad, pasta salad, breads, ham and tri-tip. I made myseld a tri-tip and ham sandwich.
They also had desserts, which was this soft thick choco chip cookie. I had two, and would have had more but I was stuffed. I didn't want to be doggie-bagging it since the place was empty and I'd be outed.
I also walked out w/ a large FREE 911 poster, although the car's chocolate brown in color. I think I'll store it.
UPDATE:
Returned for the ALMS Meet & Greet with the team drivers. More good food. Got some FREE ALMS Porsche posters.

I think they've benefited too much from the Silicon Valley heyday. They've probably got enough customers to last them a long time so the personalized service you'd expect is not readily apparent. They are however large enough to carry the dyno facilities to do a proper smog check. On my last visit however it seemed like they were making a proper effort to up their service. I'm hoping that they will keep that up.

These guys are a little heady. They also lost my service book and wouldnt replace it.
I've been to lots of other porsche dealerships that treat customers a ton better.
