i placed an order at june 16 and still not take my glasses or money back.
now answer me, cansel the order and refund me.
it s lies.
you lose your money.

If there was an option for ZERO stars, this place would get it!

This is the WORST company I've EVER dealt with.  After waiting WEEKS for my order (which is promised with a week), and getting the run-around, the customer service rep offers me express shipping and $10 OFF my order.  Days go by and STILL nothing.  I called back, and was told they were in and would be shipped that day - Great, right?  Surprise, surprise, no glasses the following day either.  When I got online to track my package, I found that the order had been cancelled!  WHAT?  WHY?  When I called the company, I was told *and I quote here*, "We've canceled your order, we don't want your business" and then I was HUNG UP on!  WHAT?  There MUST be some mistake..right?  I called back and was then told *and again, I quote*, "I have been advised to call you a BITCH, and tell you that we don't want to do business with CUNTS like you", and once again...I was hung up on!  HOLY smokes, was that a joke?  Am I on Candid Camera? Am I the butt end of a radio show joke?  SOMETHING must not be right!  I call back a FINAL time and was again, called a BITCH and hung up on!  

So now, not only do I not have my sunglasses, but I  am also STILL being charged for them AND I've been insulted, not once, not twice but THREE TIMES!!!!  NEVER, NEVER, NEVER do business with these jerks!  Talk about poor customer service!
