Absolutely absurd that in the middle of the day the inside is locked and the only option is the drive thru.

Hint....I didn't want in that line.

This is a good Popeyes location. With a franchise, it all comes down to who is managing the business. This location is very clean and seems well managed. Food is always hot and fresh - even by the time I get home. Service is adequate.

I want to the drive throw and ordered me a family meal which includes 3 sides and biscuits. After waiting for 20 to 25 minutes I realized that they had forgotten about me so I went inside to let them know that I was still outside waiting. I went up to the register and asked them politely about the food I ordered. They responded rude and in the end they left my biscuits outside of my bag and I realized that they never put them in.

Well well well. The quality of this restaurant very clearly reflects it's customers. They are slow, rude, always get things wrong, and will make you sick. If this place was a couple miles south in lawrence, it would be busy 24/7. We may not be in the jungle but this restaurant tends to draw out the hungry orangutangs.

Food was probably great when it arrived, but we ordered delivery through the yelp app and got no notification at all of status or that it was delivered, so an hour after it sat on my front steps my son checked and there it was, cold and soggy sandwiches :(

I like Popeyes but Waiting time @this location is always unacceptable!! Last time, I used Drive through but I was told to go inside and wait and they took over 20 min for just one combo meal!! I'm not going back there! Such a waste of time.

Can I give zero stars? This place was filthy inside, trash cans overflowing, rude employees and sticky tables.... Yuck! The female worker who took my order had the letters FU@&YOU tattooed across her fingers, ear gages, neck tattoos, and a bad attitude. There was no sauce at the condiment stand. They seem to only hire gangbangers from Haverhill at this location. The owner should loose his franchise since his standards are so low. Other Popeyes are great, this one sucks.

This location, as you'll read in the comments, is consistent at one thing - being a total shlt show!!! I mean, ALWAYS out of things. Closing the lobby all the time. It's just bad. Forget ordering door dash from them - you're lucky if you get anything you ordered. But that's a whole different thing. Today's latest is the DT is out to the street - lobby closed - my gf waited 14 minutes to be told "oh, we have no chicken tenders at all". This location is a total dumpster fire and should just be leveled and made into something brand new after you bring in someone to cure the land of whatever is going on there.

And if all this isn't bad enough, I've seen cooks go into the bathroom wearing their raw chicken aprons and then go into the kitchen and cook without changing it. I've seen an employee putting the lard on the fryer and spit on top of it for who knows what reason. Just stay away from these guys. Terrible.

Always something wrong with order, they act as though your putting them out when you say anything. Management doesn't respond when you complain. There are a few great employees that apologize for the others. Mostly feels like your presence is just an annoyance.I'm trying to explain what happened to the girl and he got mad at me and hung up. This is not good. You will lose some customers this way.

Come on down if you'd like to wait an hour in a drive thru because there's literally one person working inside and, oh wait , you still can't even go inside the restaurant for whatever reason. Bring a something to occupy yourself before you come here because the wait is unbearable.

And I just sat in line for 35 min for them to tell me they don't have sandwiches you know the one thing everyone comes here for.. maybe a put a sign out so half of us can just leave??? What a waste of real estate this place takes up in Salem NH
