Im a huge fried chicken fan but who isn't? I use to like Popeyes alot in general but now it just taste like grease and hormones to me just like kfc. This use to be one of the better ones... But I think the one on Labrea &Jefferson and the one on Hollywood & Cahuenga are the best that I know of. this one just got kinda ghetto and ran down in my book
I second the first review. When im feeling like I dont care about being a good boy when it comes to crunching down on calories, I like me some Popeyes baby. This chain however is different than the other chains in that the owner takes pride in what he does. He told me what makes a good piece of fried chicken and what doesn't. He follows strict guidelines and knows the secrets to spicing and cooking chicken. This Popeyes would be the perfect place to shoot their next commercial in. Exceptionally clean and the service is top Notch. If you read my reviews, you will notice I go to a lot of high end restaurants, well though that maybe true, a mans gota have his fried chicken once in a while from somewhere. My place is Popeyes on Slauson.
