Pool Tile Cleaning, AZ

I called to get a bid for tile clean and acid wash. We set up an appointment between 10am and noon. There was no contact by 12:15pm, so I called. The receptionist, Dawn, said the owner must be running late and she'd contact him then call me back. Fifteen minutes later she called and said the owner said we needed to have the pool polished and they couldn't do that for 3 months and that would be too hot to drain the pool. Why I had to wait 2 and a half hours to find out they couldn't even service my pool was amazing. I had other questions, but Dawn couldn't answer them and eventually said have a nice day and hung up. If the owner makes someone wait 2 hours with no phone call then tells the receptionist to tell me they can't even service me, then I'd hate to see how bad the actual service is.


4/12/17-The owner called and was very nice. Not the owner that didn't make the two hour window, but at least I received a phone call from someone. He tried to offer discounts and help, but I don't review to get discounts or freebies. So I said thank you, but based on the none call I just wouldn't use your company. I moved my review to 3 stars for his effort and hope this was just a one time thing for the sake of his company.

I'm not impressed. I had some tile work done by them last year and it was already crumbling this spring. The guy came out and fixed up the grout but said he had to come back to replace a tile that was supposed to be fixed because I needed to lower the water level first. So I lowered the water level for the day he said he'd be back. Then a day passed. Then another. And another. So I gave up and refilled the pool. That was a week ago and I still haven't heard back from him. I guess he's not coming back. I am done with these guys. Forever.

Once again I have gotten amazing service above and beyond what I expected! I brought a new project for which I needed an estimated cost...the response was great and I am quite pleased with the pricing!

We couldn't be happier with how beautiful our pool looks after having it drained and cleaned by Arizona Pool Blasters. My husband and I recently purchased our home without realizing how bad the calcium buildup was on our pool tile. We were even told that it was one of the worst cases the company had seen, so we were worried that we were going to have to bite the bullet and spend a lot of money replacing the tile. Luckily, Jarin's crew was able to completely remove the buildup and restore the tile to its original condition. I'm truly amazed with their work!

Additionally, the company provides a superior level of customer service. They had some equipment issues on the day they arrived to drop the pump to drain our pool and had to come back the next day, pushing our completion date back one day. They were very apologetic and ensured us that everything would be taken care of as quickly as possible. However, when the guy arrived the next day to drop the pump, he was unable to locate our sewer clean out. We were told that they typically locate the clean out during the estimate, but they forgot to look for ours so he couldn't drain our pool.

My husband and I were panicking over this news. We had scheduled our cleaning a month in advance and were on a tight deadline to get our pool finished. I spoke with Jarin right away and, after reviewing our city's laws regarding pool drainage, we came up with an alternate plan. Not only did Jarin guarantee that our pool would be completed the next day, he personally came out to our house at 8pm that night to drop the pump and drain our pool. His crew arrived first thing the next morning to clean our pool and started refilling it by 10am. THAT is customer service!

We had some hiccups, but the way in which this company remedied them was very impressive. We've received many compliments on our pool and we owe it all to Arizona Pool Blasters. We will definitely continue using them, and plan to refer them to all of our friends. Thank you, Jarin!

This company is wonderful. Working with Jarin was a breeze. He was easy to get a hold of, easy to schedule with, and came in at or below the prices of his competitors. Eric did an amazing job removing the calcium build up in our pool and then completely cleaned up afterward. We will use this company again and highly recommend them!

Very good company. I have used them for both acid washing and tile cleaning several times and they have always been excellent. I would highly recommend using this company.

Arizona Pool Blasters exceeded my expectations. Without using damaging glass bead blasting, my tile and pool looks beautiful. Very reasonable prices and very professional. I can't say enough about Eric the technician that did the work. Not only did he do an excellent job cleaning and sealing the tile, he completely washed down the cool deck and patio.
