Phyllis is amazing. She walks our dog (Shepherd/Collie mix), 6 months old about once a week. Bankie absolutely loves her. He actually will run to her immediately when she calls his name (we still can't get him to do that).
She is extremely professional and easy to work with. She loves Bankie too and is so caring for all the animals. We see her in the neighborhood walking other dogs all the time so it's great to know that she knows the neighborhood and knows the neighborhood dogs.
She has also been great in educating us about better food options, leashes and general tips on training. She responds immediately to emails, calls and text messages. We feel absolutely 100% secure knowing she will take care of him.

As someone new to New York I was very lucky to find pooch and kitty! I have a very aloof cat who has no use for strangers but Phyllis the owner of pooch and kitty has completely gotten Boo to fall in love with her! I always know my little lady is in good hands when I'm out of town.
