In search of delicious pizza in the West Roxbury/Roslindale area I stumbled across Pomodoros Italian kitchen. The order consisted of a regular cheese, meat lovers, and buffalo pizza, being as Pomodoros is located some what far from Roslindale Square they still accepted our delivery order! The order took sometime to arrive which is acceptable considering how far it's located, the pizza was down right fantastic, it wasn't your everyday greasy mess and leaves you never wanting to eat pizza again it was a perfect combination of home made tasting sauce combined with the right amount and cheeses and toppings..and the crust..forget it...
My only complaint of the order is my buffalo pizza came delivered as a BBQ pizza which was a buzz kill considering our pizza journey started with finding a good buffalo chicken pizza but all was well and I was more than happy with my order!
The pizza here is DELICIOUS. By far the best pizza I've ever had from a takeout place. The slices are big and cheap. The tortelli is also amazing. Very cheesy. Huge portion even for two.
Small greasy spoon with the best steak bombs in town hands down. Subs are filled to the brim with steak, mushrooms, peppers and onions. The meat is tender not stringy like most places. The pasta plates are better than average and delivery times are decent. Never had their pizza so no comment on that.
