A very nice place to stay when you visit Ocean Shores.
The location is fabulous. It's one of the few hotels that have a trail to the beach. It's just a short walk through the dunes and you are right on the water. They have beautiful ocean view rooms and I highly recommend them.
We got a nice one bedroom. It was incredibly roomy, with a full eat-in kitchen, fireplace and balcony. They are also pet friendly, which is a huge plus. The indoor pool and hot tub are great. And on-site laundry rocks. Free wi-fi was great to have too. No A/C but not needed. And they go have fans on a first-served basis.
Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended.

I could own here. The Polynesian is not a hotel, it is condos, and we stayed in a one bedroom suite. With that in mind, I liked this place. Friendly staff, nice free continental breakfast (no longer free breakfast at Mariah's), warm pool, close to beach, it was good. Down fall? Outdated decor and not as clean as it should have been. There was a chip on the floor in our room...a chip. Could our kids have dropped it? No. It was a Ruffle, the kids were eating Fritos. Can't blame everyone for that, so it still gets four stars.
How I love this place! Let me count the ways....
-Nice, decent rooms at very reasonable prices
-Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff
-Indoor pool which is always at around 95 degrees, and also a hot tub & sauna which is open til midnight for adults
-Walking distance to beach (trails straight there)
-Maria's Restaurant right there with great complimentary breakfast
-Not a crowded place like Best Western or Holiday Inn
-Game Room with pool table- w00t!
This is always the place I'd stay when visiting Ocean Shores.
