Polly and her staff are great!
She was more than willing to work with me when it came to getting one way service from Richmond on a Saturday night. While other limo companies were charging me hourly rates, Polly was more than willing to help me out with budgeting and charging me a one way rate. She even gave us a slight discount because we were part of a fund raising event!
The night of, our limo driver was courteous and helpful. Due to an injury, we had to make an impromptu stop at the ER. Our driver was kind of enough to make a stop there before taking us to our original and final destination.
I will definitely use Polly Martini again and again!
We hired Polly's staff (2 servers and a bartender) for a birthday party and the found the whole experience extremely pleasant. Even though one of the serves had an accident on her way over to the party, the other server and bartender did come on time and were thoroughly professional throughout the event. The rates were reasonable as well.
We had Diana as our bartender and she was great and the guests loved her mojitos. Not to mention her sweet and pleasant demeanor. We would gladly use this service again.
I promised I'd write a review for Polly months ago and am just getting around to it now. These guys are THE limo service and I'm so glad I went with them. The price was right and the service was much better than what I expected. I rented a limo the night I proposed to my fiance back in May. The driver Ned was great, so smooth. I had to slip him some $ and the CD for our journey without my girl seeing as she got into the limo after dinner. He drove us through North Beach up to Coit tower where I proposed, on bended knee might I add. The we jumped back in the limo and popped into a few wine bars around the city until our time ran out and he brought us back home. He was very knowledgeable of the city. The condition of the limo was excellent, there were cool lights in the back to get the mood just right, we had chilled water and even a bottle of champagne hidden in a compartment. Basically, dont use anyone other than Pollys. Thanks guys!
I'm a big fan of the "Anything worth doing is worth doing well" so when I found myself in a bit of a tight spot Planning a huge last minute house party last June I started searching for help. Whether it be fate or freakish good luck I found Polly Martini the day before the event and even with little to no notice she was able to pull a full staff of 2 bartenders (including herself) and a team of 4 cocktail waitresses together and show up not just on time but early in order to set up.
Now I know what you're thinking "Big effin deal... what's so special about that?" Well long story short upwards of 120 people showed up and we went through almost $2000 in Liquor. The party lasted until Sunrise and Polly and her girls poured, served, danced and joked all the way through the 10 hour long event. I had Fire Dancers, Massage Therapists, a private rooftop deck and more and even with all that great stuff going on the number one top compliment I received from my guests was how amazing Polly and her crew were. When it came time to pay the bill I was shocked how reasonable the total was. I was expecting her to charge far more than she did for such amazing service!
I was so impressed that I hired her and her crew again for yet another party a few weeks later on the 4th of July. This one was even bigger (nearly 200 people) and even after hand muddling hundreds of mojitos and exhausting the majority the $5000 worth of liquor I had purchased before midnight requiring an additional Safeway run Polly and her crew were on point from the setup at the very beginning until the cleanup at the end.
Just a month later my girlfriend at the time and I utilized Polly's Limo Service for another party. The limo is arguably the most impressive and well equipped I've ever had the pleasure to ride in. Everything from the lighting to the flat screen TVs to the amazing bar and sound system knocked me and my guests off of our collective feet. I was so impressed with the service and price I hired the Limo again for an awesome Wine Country tour and for my birthday party (which Polly also helped plan with her amazing party planning skills).
Polly Martini equals an instant good time no matter the occasion. I only wish I could give more than Five Stars!
I must I admit it, I was a limo virgin. That is until I attended a party and Polly's Limo service was in charge of taking all the guest back to San Francisco. I was very excited to be finally inside a limo, as my friend told me great things about how cool Polly's crew is, and sure enough it was one amazing nice and fun ride. Rockstar experience all the way!
The really neat thing about Polly's Limo is a very nice bar in it, as much as I had such fun at the party and didn't need more alcohol, others were definitely eyeing the booze and commenting about how nice it would be to drink a little bit on the way to a bachelor party, getting the gang started is definitely the way to go!
The limo itself was in pristine condition and the driver Simon is nothing less than courteous and professional, I had a moment of disbelief, like wow I cannot believe I am living the high life today and will go back to my own little room in the city, like is this FOR REAL?
so that was my cinderella experience, maybe next time I will actually go buy some glass slippers and wear a big fluffy skirt, haha
We used Polly Martini's limo service for cruising around the city taking pictures for our wedding. And my experience seems totally in-step with what everyone else is saying. Some streets got blocked off in the neighborhood we were getting married in for a S.W.A.T. team drill or something crazy, so we took the opportunity to snap a lot of extra pics in the middle of Montgomery street.
We made Polly and her drivers wait around for probably about an hour before we ever got in the cars. The cars were good enough, and were fully stocked. Polly gave us a bottle of Grey Goose as a gift, so we had a good 'ol time driving around bumping KMEL and crushing Vodka-Red Bulls.
Polly was pretty much on top of things beforehand and really rolled with the punches as far as planning the logistics of the day. So I'd definitely recommend her services. Good all the way around. For two cars and three hours, including tip for both drivers we paid $700.00. Not bad.
A friend of mine recently hired [and I think he probably was a returning customer] Polly Martini to help out with his house party in San Francisco. The whole idea is that while they provide the services that you hire them for, they will not act like hired help. Three beautiful gals [Polly included] worked the bar, helped put together some tasty hors d'oeuvre, and essentially made sure that everything was running smoothly. They were all business, but all smiles.
Services Offered: Bartenders, Servers, Hostesses, Promoters, Drivers, Event Coordinators, Door girls, etc.
I had no idea that they also provided limo services, etc, until I looked them up on their website. Maybe for a trip up to Napa or Sonoma, I'll give 'em a call. If you're throwing a party or have an event you need to staff, definitely look into Polly Martini. [ESPECIALLY, if you want some hot young thangs to work at your event!] I would be enthused to see 'em again at a future party/event. They are charismatic and personable, and completely professional.
I've been fortunate enough to not only see Polly's bartender's in action but also use her limo services. Her bartenders are not only pretty faces, but they know how to mix. It's not Coyote Ugly, unable to serve drinks that aren't jack and coke. They certainly don't drown their drinks in alcohol or mixers. For the most part, the drinks are made the way you want them made, and they can pour you harder if you want. ;) Oh, and she advised her lady bartenders to wear short skirts for when they carried the drinks up the spiral staircase and...let's just say the male contigent at the party were very happy.
Her limos are nothing to scoff at either. Nice light effects on the undercarriage and in the car. Flat screen LCD playing the most recent DVDs (Iron Man when I went), and enough alcohol to put you in a coma for the weekend. And not cheap alcohol either...we were rockin' the grey goose and johnnie walker black label. Hot shit. And the limo driver was very courteous. She hooked it up with club entrance that night--it was Vessel--and we were partying like rock stars. Thanks Polly for an awesome time! :D
My friends and I spent an amazing day in Polly's limo riding through Sonoma for a wine tasting tour. Her entertainment company hooked us up with all the best wineries and the limo was fantastic! We had a great time with the surround sound system and the mood lighting. We are already planning to use Polly again for next month's tour.
We were short a girl for the front entrance of a party we were throwing. Polly Martini came through in a big way! Not only did a girl show up on time, but she was professional, trustworthy and fun. Polly herself even showed up later in the night to make sure everything was ok. BEST service PERIOD! We will use again.
I phoned several limo services in the area about renting a car to take my girlfriend around town for a few hours on her birthday. Not only was Polly the ONLY service to get back to me but she also had the best rates. She answered my phone calls by my name, she offered helpful suggestions and in the end upgraded my car to a limo that was not booked for the evening. I was incredibly impressed by her customer service and all around joy about her business. She had no gimmicks. She wants her customers to have the best time and we certainly did. The driver Simon was courteous and down to earth. Nothing stuffy about the whole experience. Polly was always available by phone and returned calls promptly. Very rarely do you find the level of customer service that seems key to Polly's business. The entire experience was a great pleasure. I didn't have to do anything but sit back and enjoy the ride. My gf had an awesome time and handling the business end was a breeze.
I'll be saving money for my next adventure with Polly's that's for sure.

I called Polly Martini about renting a 10 person limo for my 23rd bday to cruise around in the city and go to a few clubs. I shopped around, and Polly had the best prices around. She also helped me plan the whole thing as well since she knows a lot of the club owners in SF. She was always reachable over the phone, for any questions/concerns. The limo that came to pick us up was amazing-- all 8 of my guests were loving the mood lighting, the in-car bar, wine glasses, etc. They had a great sound system as well, with an ipod adaptor, and cd player. The limo driver, Simon, was a really cool guy too-- he would talk to the security guards outside the clubs, and voila, we would get immediate entry into the club, without having to check a list or wait in line. We all had an amazing time-- Thanks Polly!
Pollymartini is great! You can rent a limo or a towncar driven by a hot Martini girl! They also provide bartenders for hire that don't act like hired help.
Pollymartini bartended at our Kentucky Derby party making everyone mint juleps and keeping the bar scene entertaining and fun.
The services from Pollymartini and friends are very professional and much needed in a city full of boring catering and limo companies.

I just came back home from a party in beautiful downtown Hayward where Polly Martini was tending bar. Yes, it is true all these reviews. She is a smashing gal and took care making sure all the guests were happy. I cannot imagine that our host and hostess would not be delighted with Polly Martini by the end of the evening.
We hired Polly's limo service for a day outing through Napa's wine country last weekend, but I had no idea how much fun it would be! Really, we didn't even need to get out and see the wineries because we had so much fun on the ride alone. She had everything we needed and much more than I expected. I've already referred a couple of friends to her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a nice ride for any occasion.
The whole thing was radical. we felt like royalty, with the inside scoop on the City. Surprised our best friends with a pick-up in Marin and headed to the city for drinks. Jeremy gave us little-known recommendations the whole time. Went to some fabu spots. His service and friendliness was top-notch. Polly had us all dialed. From calling us the night before to confirm to giving us Jeremy's number to help with the surprise. Amazing. The limo was fresh as well. Great, great experience. Book it! Cheers and enjoy

Big fan of Polly's limo service. Driver (Simon) was excellent. Very professional but not overbearing with input. We setup our own wine country trip for them to follow and it was a great time. They were on time, they were ready to assist with anything we requested. The in car amenities (mimosa mixings and the bar) helped us bridge the gap between departure and the first vineyard of the day. My friends and I had a great time.
Polly Martini is the best company to work for! I was taught to bartend and that its okay to be myself at parties. I love the fact that my work doesn't even feel like work. That's the life of a martini girl!
