Going to this PNC location is a pleasure every time.  After opening an account here and making a few transactions with the tellers, they know me by name and treat me like a real person.  Plus the management is cool too - their business banking specialist, Ian Jackson, sat me down and asked me (with interest, no less) all about my business when I set up my account with him.  It was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a banker - and one of the most enjoyable business meetings I've ever had.
They're open seven days a week, have free coffee, keep the place tidy, and gave me a French press when I first went in.  No complaints here.

Fabulous brand new neighborhood branch!  Having one set of doors on either side of the property is tres convenient.  Everything is new and shiny, and the employees are never disgruntled.  Who could be mad at working in a shiny new office in Fairmount that's never crowded?  Sign me up.  You can also make up an excuse to come inside to get free coffee.  Come to think of it, there is No bank around here, so PNC was smart to stake their claim.  It only took them how many years to figure out they could be the only bank in Logan Circle....  Boo gigantic regional bank that's too dumb to offer high-yield online savings accounts, but yay new ultra-convenient branch.
