I lived very close to this shop at the same time that my husband (who was my boyfriend at the time) lived 6000 miles away. Needless to say, this store came in very handy in so many different ways.
The owners are some of the friendliest women you will ever meet and they make you feel extremely comfortable.
Recently, I remembered Pauline and Magical Moments when planning a South Bay bachelorette party. She did a "pleasure party" for us and it was awesome. Something about saying words like "lube" or "dildo" in a posh, British accent (which Pauline has) just makes them sound that much better.
Now I've been married for over 5 years so maybe it is time to give these ladies a little visit again soon...

Pauline is WONDERFUL!  We had a pleasure party and she was absolutely the best!  She brought toys, lotions and potions, and lingerie for our bride-to-be.  Friendly, not-pushy, knowledgeable and very honest.  She was also very quick in filling up the back orders - driving them to two different locations for two different girls.  I can't wait to visit her shop!

Five stars for their wonderful helpful service!  I went to magical moments looking for something for a bachelorette party.  The lady at the counter was so nice and helpful.  She helped me look at many different pieces of lingerie, and showed me all of her oils and creams.  She even suggested some fun games and some books.  My experience here was so great, I will definately come here again!  

Also, this place was a very comfortable atmosphere.  It didn't feel like a dirty, creepy sex store.

Small, whole in the wall place near 24-hour fitness! hahaha. Came here to buy my coworker a gag gift for Xmas - a vibrating dildo, of course. =) The two ladies upfront (owners I assume) are extremely friendly. Didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The prices are a bit high, and not much of a huge selection because of the size of the store, but overall, okay. Doesn't make you feel dirty after visiting. =)

Chasing that ever-elusive orgasm, I decided to stop by Magical Moments for a little assistance. With sooo many toys to choose from, how do I begin to decide? Do I read the manufacturer's catchy phrases, or do I squeeze every package to determine if the material will be gentle/flexible enough?

Luckily for me, the owner of the shop has some excellent recommendations on what to buy. She even has each toy behind the counter available to examine without the packaging, so you'll know exaclty what you're getting, and how it works.

Even if you don't live/work in the neighborhood, this boutique is a must-try. They are so friendly and knowlegeable, I didn't feel ashamed or dumb asking a lot of questions. The boutique is also well lit and airy, so you don't have that dark and eerie cave-like feeling when you walk-in. Another HUGE plus is the abundance of parking without the creepy men that tend to lurk around other adult stores.

I've been a magical moments customer for over a decade!! It's always been a fun. friendly place to go for toys, lingerie or just to chat with the owners.

I stopped in friday to see Chrystal. Even though the shop was busy, she was nice and spent time talking with every customer. It feels as much like going to a friends house as it does an adult boutique.

You just have to love this place.

It is extremely woman-friendly; I've never once felt gross in there.  In fact, as a mother of 4 kids they once gave me a 15% discount just "because"!

Even my husband goes in there now to buy me a little something special now and then.  The owners are incredibly friendly and nice ... if you met them on the street you wouldn't guess what business they're in!

HIGHLY recommended!!

Usually, I am not comfortable going into adult stores because the feeling can be just nasty, depending upon the people who frequent it. Believe me, my fears were put to rest when I walked in here. Pauline (the owner) is simply a doll! She looks way too young for her age (I won't give it away on here), see what sex does for you!

Anyway, there was a pretty good variety of toys, games, costumes, and nighties to choose from. I was also totally comfortable asking any and all questions about everything in the store, thanks to Pauline. She gave me very good recommendations because she hates selling people products that are not up to par with other items she may be carrying.

So, overall, I am happy with this place and there is no other place I would rather shop for adult toys. (I imagine that there are other adult stores that may be bigger, but I would not sacrifice size for customer service.)

It is definitely "Sunnyvale's best kept secret."

Oh yeah! If you mention seeing them on Yelp, you get a discount! Woohoo.
