It was a Sunday evening around 4:58 pm. My cousins high school graduation was the following day. So my mom, sister, cousin and myself showed up to Platinum Nails asking for 4 pedicures. Even though their sign said they were closing at 5:00 they still accomdated us. We did have to wait long while before we got our pedicures but the lady (whose name I regretfully forgot) who did my sister and myself was very nice. She was patient and took her time. That really impressed me because her worth ethic was so professional. She still gave us her 100% best and wasn't frustrated or impatient because of the rush of the clients who were there or the fact they were supposed to be closed an hour ago. They also accomdated many other clients after us. We left the salon around 6:30.
The massage chairs were very nice. They even have different colored lights that light up the water! The massage and exfoliant were also very good! They really make your skin soft. They also carry O.P.I which is one of my favorite lines, because of its bold, true to color polish, it also lasts long.
This was about 3 and a half weeks ago. My pedicure still looks good (jewel intact!) Despite my several trips to the beach, I would say four or five since my pedicure. It is still lookin' fresh.
By the way, I live in San Jose. I visit my family in Elk Grove atleast once a month. Even though I know I will be due for another pedicure soon, I would rather wait another week and a half to go to Platinum Nails where I know I will get my moneys worth, rather than go somewhere down here.
Plus, it was affordable! So worth the time and the money!
