Neighborhoods: Northeast, Park HillOK, I know we all HATE shelling out ungodly sums of money for dry cleaning. However, when some of us choose to shell out ungodly sums of money for our clothes (it was SO cute, fit me perfectly and made me look 10 pounds lighter), we would like our clothes to be returned from our dry cleaner in a better condition in which we dropped them off. So, you can imagine my extreme disappointment when my blouse arrived home with STAINS from whatever liquid they used to dry clean it. NOT COOL. So, yeah, you can pay $1.50 per piece, and, yeah, it's cheap. But are you willing to pay a little bit more to have your incredible clothes not be ruined? I am.

Not really sure how many stars to give because I had a mixed opinion about this place. I am thrilled that it is super cheap and organic, the reason I decided to try it. However, after my first visit I noticed that one of my items was missing. I called and they located it but I didn't have time to pick it up before my flight the next morning to NY and I was planning on bringing that item with me. So I was bummed, but it was partially my fault since I hadn't verified that all of my items were there before leaving. I went back a week later to pick up the item and luckily they still had it. I was kind of expecting a sorry and maybe a coupon but no. I understand that it is my responsibility to verify, but still. I'll probably go back, just because I haven't heard of any other place that is organic and this cheap.

Platinum Cleaners is probably the best discovery in months!!! $1.50 for most items including cashmere and everything is cleaned organically. The facility is clean and everyone who works there is nice. The last time I had gone to a cleaners (Dependable) they charged me more to clean my clothes than I paid for the clothes themselves.
The best part about Platinum is they are in Park Hill. I love supporting my local businesses if they are deserving.

My new favorite dry cleaner!! I am lucky enough to live only a few blocks from my new dry cleaning mothership, but even if I didn't, I would shell out the effort to make the trek. I'd be a fool not to ... for $1.50 per item, the nicest owners around and a company that actually works with the environment, it is actually something I look forward to.
Show some love to your neighbors and support this great business!

$1.50 per garment...need I say more? This place is all organic and the only low cost organic dry cleaner in Colorado. What does that mean, and did I really care? I was stuck on the $1.50 per garment(specialty items are a bit more). But, FYI - No toxic chemicals used, your garments get cleaner, and you can feel safer knowing there is one less A-hole making that huge hole in the ozone huger.
The establishment is not only environment friendly, but people friendly too, and I can't wait to pick up my favorite suit. This is a great neighborhood business to support.
