I needed to book my trip to Spain, in short notice, and went with Planet Hoppers through a recommendation from a friend. I'm so glad I did!!! Amy Tan, who is the owner, was very personable, knowledgable and friendly. She is on top of her game, and responds quickly to inquiries and emails. She is also super organized and detailed. All reservations were booked by the next day, with an awesome rate. =)

Amy Tan reminds me of an Emily Dickinson's quote:

If I can stop one heart from breaking,
I shall not live in vain.
If I can ease one life the aching,
Or cool one pain,
Or help one fainting robin
Unto his nest again,
I shall not live in vain.

Ms. Tan helps her ease her customers sorrows, by providing service with a smile, resolving all issues, providing solutions and alternatives, she is what I remember a travel agent should be and a travel that was. Planet Hoppers allows one to hop the planet with a sense that there is a person (a real person) who cares, who is not only a guide, but friend indeed.

The caveat is none but one. Ms. Tan has in her own right planet hopped and has experience the highs and lows of travel and can provide insight into what to do and how to do it. Thank you, Ms. Tan for your constant insight on travel..

I went to Planet Hoppers to book my first ever trip to NYC and Amy did an amazing job of finding a hotel and airfare at a very good rate for me. She is quick to respond to any requests, knows her stuff, and has a great personality on top of that!

i was planning a trip to mexico, i didnt really have any idea on where to go or what to see. Amy Tan provided us with great vacation ideas. She help us make all the reservations at an affordable rate. Her service was amazing. We were very happy  and we will book with her again.
