The staff at this Planet Fitness are so accommodating! I lost my AirPods today in a weird mishap with a machine, and this staff went above and beyond and got them back for me! His name is DJ. And all the other staff took time to troubleshoot and pitch in too.

I have been a member for just a couple months but the gym is very welcoming, casual, the spaces are clean, and again the staff are so helpful. I really love this PF!

I had bad experience on Roseville planet fitness, they had call me back I tell me that my membership is only one spot which I have never had issues with, A young girl that told me she was manager had no cus skills what so ever. feel bad for the owner of this location and her Team.

if you are looking for a fitness store don't go there.

Bad bad bad place

Theft. Stuff stolen from our locked locker, the day before it happened 6 times and they've been having issues for months. Many machines also out of order for months as well

It is a nice facility but it has not been maintained as of late: In the men's locker room, 2 of the 3 toilets are broken, one for over 3 weeks. There are numerous pieces of equipment that have been out of service, one for more than 4 months! When asked when repairs will be made, the staff uses one of two refrains: (1) parts are on order or (2) there is limited staff to do the repairs.
I use other planet fitness locations in the twin cities and this problem seems to be isolated to the Roseville location.

Coming from California I understood that Planet Fitness had a specific target audience for their gym. This is a gym that caters to beginning weight trainers with a free judgement zone. I like that a lot being able to come to a space where you aren't seeing huge muscle lifters grunting and trying to cut in with you to use a machine. So the weight is limited and some machines are not available here like many free weights are also not available as they are more intermediate type equipments. That's okay with me and I go to the gym knowing this when I signed up for the membership. I'm reading some reviews and not sure what people are expecting with a $10- $20/month membership. I've been with Gyms that's goes as high as $50-60 that don't provide access to massage areas and their locker room are even worse. I understand to bring a pad lock for my belonging and to never leave things in my car that's visible, I guess that's just the California way since theft is very high in San Francisco. I love Roseville, I love the environment of fellow exercisers who are very kind and I feel good working out here with no judgement. I do agree that machines do need to be repaired quicker but you make the best of the workout by learning new ways to compensate for not having the machine. I'm not sure if it's just me and being from California where I signed up originally but you get what you pay for $10-$20/ month. It's perfect for me! You don't go and buy a Honda Accord and ask for the bells and whistle of a Tesla. I think it's a matter of perspective when using this gym as compared to other gyms. PS. The staff always says hi and good bye when I workout and so far when I needed them and they do their best. I don't usually ask for much but so far it's been fine.

I just moved to the area. I came from a Planet Fitness location where the club was very clean and the staff was respectful and kind. They answered concerns right away. I have emailed the Roseville manager three times and left a voice mail. He has not responded and I'm disappointed. The equipment is a little older at this club too.

Terrible gym. Everything gets stolen... even a jacket if you only bring that. My friend had her car stolen and none of the staff helped or assisted with anything. They let criminals who do heroin in the bathrooms inside the gym to "check it out" unsupervised and don't check on where these "visitors" are or what they're doing. I would avoid this gym as much as you can.

I am a new member . So far I like it . The only downfall is the staff need to learn customer service friendliness .The staff aren't friendly at all and always seem like they got a bad attitude.

On a positive note :the gym itself is tidy and not many people are there when I go workout .so I get to workout in peace with out .without the chaotic crowd. I can focus on my park out needs without distractions or interruptions.It's a anxiety free zone and I love it .
So for me this quiet environment works. I recommend it and it's affordable.

This place makes it so hard to quit and then even after you quit they still will charge your cards and tell you they will fix it and then don't. I spoke with the most rude and abnoxious person Rebecca at the planet fitness today telling me I never quit till a certain day and the prior girl confirmed before her the day I actually quit. 3 months later they are still playing games and charging my credit card. BEWARE.
IF you quit this place. You should take my advice and just ask for a new bank card so you won't have to go thru all this frustration and them feeling they want to ruin your day and lie and tell you that you didn't quit when you did to screw you for your money. I wish I never went here.

This is my home planet fitness! The staff is pretty genuine at this one, really friendly. I feel like it's hard to do in a bustling busy area like this, but I've honestly had the nicest people help me out here.
As far as the price, $10 is amazing. I also have never had a problem with the fees, I think they are pretty straightforward when explaining it.

I DO wish they had the showers with the nozzle that shoots out of the wall, like the one in Eau Claire! But the showers are clean and spacious so no point docking for that. For those who like complaining about staff, come to this one, because they are friendlier than the other locations :)
