Probably my favorite pizza joint in Greenpoint, Pizza Prince is a three-booth place with a window open to the street for pedestrian orders. Most people get their slices to go, but I find it best to sit in the back corner booth to indulge in two slices of their regular pie, which is made with high-quality mozzarella, a tangy sauce, and excellent crust. If you don't get a soda, you can get by on a quick on-the-way-home dinner for about $4. They also deliver, but they tend to close early -- 8 p.m. many nights -- so it's not an ideal late-night option. The staff is stable and almost always smiling. A neighborhood institution just off Manhattan Avenue!
