Pizza Hut

We enjoy going to this Pizza Hut location. The inside isn't set up very nice; I'm not sure if they want people to dine indoor. The pizza is always delicious and I love the crispy bottom of the pan pizza! There is a manager that's always super friendly and nice.

No cheese no sauce it's always dry k don't know what's going on but I used to love Pizza Hut just not good anymore last night the order was trash I think dominos is better

I don't know if it's against food Cardinal rules or something to not give one dip free I forget well he didn't but treated me with respect when I told him I'm going to yelp it

Extremely skimpy toppings, our large pizza had one pepperoni and 2 black olives on each slice. At the prices they charge completely unexceptable!

No complaints about the pizza or service. I like the fact that they have their own in-house drivers..

Very rude staff/customer service. Placed an order an sent one of my staff members to pick up the order as the food was for them and I wasn't at work yet. He was given the wrong order and when I got to work he had just picked it up and was barely eating. He made a comment about the pizza which lead me to look at the receipt and noticed it was wrong. I grabbed the items and walked to return it as it's only a few doors away and the young man that helped was very rude and unprofessional. He handed me my correct order and I handed him the receipt so I can get my correct change and they had charged us the other order instead of my. He got more annoyed and made a comment. I notified him I was already late to work. When he returned with my change he said "next time you order make sure YOU come and pick up your order and not send someone else" I said "excuse me, I've never had an issue before when I send someone else" "and I've never heard this policy" he replied with "well moving toward today this is a policy so make sure you pick up your own order" I was very upset and I grabbed my pizza and replied "like I said I've never had an issue before and I've never heard of this policy" he replied "we it is now and next time get to work earlier so you won't be late" I was infuriated and replied "I'm late because I had to come here because of your mistake" and he said "No that was your mistake" I just left.
I called customer service and tried to report
Him but the lady wanted to transfer me to the store ask for the manager. I refused to speak to someone at the store. But customer service said that there is no such thing as this policy.

Just got my delivery/ ordered online..... extremely pleased with driver (Christian) an customer service.... Delivery was UNDER 30 MINS.... 1st time anywhere in history for me lol and it's late..... thankkkkks and I'm surprised this place only has 3/2 stars Called store to get guys name. Guy who answered was friendly and helpful

Asking a customer if they want to leave a tip upon pickup after they have prepaid through the app is just tacky. The employees are getting paid hourly just like any other fast food joint, you brought me my pizza from 10 feet away, you're not waiting on me or providing me any services that would warrant a tip. The spicy lovers pizza didn't have sliced red chilis and I don't think it had spicy marinara. Also ordered an order of cheese bread and the marinara was like 1/3 full. Quality seems to have gone down at this location

Wings are not worth $8 for 8. Pizza had almost no sauce on my bbq pizza. Fooled me once, never again at this location. Don't waste $ at this spot. Little caesars got you beat. Leave the pizza and wing game. My garlic parmesan wings didn't even have sauce. It was like garlic and parmesan farted on my wings. I'm done dealing with crap food passed off at premium prices. Waste my time, money and you people could give no care. Sleep well thieves.

Pizza arrived at my house early! everything was great all my special instructions were followed perfectly. Food was so yummy and their pasta is my favorite! The delivery driver Dakota was very nice! Fast and efficient!
