Pizza Hut

Orderd here a few months ago and got one of the 20 big box deals and the delivery guy took over an hour to find us i called the store twice they said hes on the way every time then he finaly showed up said the reason he took so long was he couldnt find us but he was no where near our houe we was out side watching the whole time and he seemed druged up and the pizza box was all beat up and they had my number when i orderd he could have called if having trouble finding the house but that would make to much since apparently never orded from there again and still wont

Was going to order online. Before I checked out I saw that the $5 items I ordered were showing up at $5.99 apiece.
So I called the local number, However, I did NOT get a local person.
I inquired about the cost I got online, I had to go thru my order 3 times and the lady STILL didnt get it right. I told her nevermind and called Pizza Inn.
Ridiculous.

If you are wanting to eat Pizza Hut go down the road to Dexter. The Pizza Hut here needs cleaned up. Would not recommend this place.

Pizza is excellent, but there's something fishy about the way they charge you.
Many hidden fees and discounts they don't apply when they obviously should.

Also, they ask you for a tip even when you're doing carry-out, which I think is rather outrageous - what is next? Tipping the cashier in the local convenience store?

After confirming my order and tell me they are on their way to deliver 5 minutes later they call me and tell me they can't deliver to my address , and I never got my money back either

Great service. Good food. Haven't had any issues. Just wish price was better. 1000x better than pizza inn

Two stars only because I can't give 1.5. Pizza is good and server was attentive but salad was brown and slimy and the place is dirty and needs a major update.

We had Pizza hut a couple months ago. We always liked Pizza Hut in St.Louis.Mo, We always had good service. Anyway my son came from work and we thought we get a pizza. So I thought Pizza Hut can almost be seen from our house. I seen the car drive past my twice so my son and I had to flag down the driver. Than it cost me $45 for two pizza's and a order of garlic bread. I told my son he could walked over and got then to have it delievered. I haven't been back since. But I noticed they seemed to working on the problem cause it was closed for awhile. Hopefully they fixed the problem.

The past 2 times I have been here, the service was awful. I was not offered a refill at all on today's visit. My family and I were here about a month ago and I had to go to the counter to request refills. The salad bar was out of cheese, lettuce and eggs (the waitress said they were completely out of eggs). When the waitress, who is very pregnant, leaned across my table to wipe it down, she made a very loud grunting noise and let me know how tired she was. Many of the empty tables were dirty.very unpleasant experience today.

Dining room was freezing. We even moved to a different table hoping to be warmer. No such luck. There were only four people in the place and we ran out of drinks and had to wait forever for anyone to come ask. Granted our server seemed to be trying to work the back and wait tables and answer the phone. Yet there were at least four other employees. Food was good but expensive. For the price we paid for two drinks and two small pizzas we could and will next time, go to a nicer place.
