Pizza Hut

After not receiving my order I called the store. 45 minutes later an order arrived. It was a pizza with what I said I didn't want on it. I ordered two other items and did not receive one of the items, it was on my receipt. Called the store and no answer. Done with Pizza Hut in McComb MS. I wouldn't have chosen the one start but I had to in order to get this warning out. ZERO STARS!

The Wings are the best around town and in every location I don't even order pizza anymore.. that's Wing Street Now Just ordered some 12/26/2021 Happy New Year EVERYONE

Worse place to order food from bunch of lazy people working behind counter management is horrible mixing up orders horrible communication skills

Good (standard Pizza Hut) food, but the service was not good. While everyone else in the restaurant was eating off of normal flatware and drinking out of normal glasses, we were given plastic forks and paper cups. We had called ahead and asked if they could accommodate our group, but they were clearly not happy with us being there.

Never again.

We order online, yet for the past three orders, they have made mistakes on our orders. How do you always make mistakes on BOTH pizzas in the order?

These idiots are by far the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. I spent $41 on food that I did not receive. I bought 4 orders of wings, one pizza, one thing of fries, and FOUR sodas. The only thing I received was 1 pizza, 1 order of wings, and the fries. So I received $19 worth of food. I called these people for THREE HOURS to get my order but the driver APPARENTLY said that we were lacking only TWO things of wings, ALTHOUGH we called AT LEAST three times to ensure that they knew what was missing. I eventually called and spoke with the manager who told me that the driver said that we were missing only two wings and that's all that we were getting, regardless of whether or not I liked it and IF I DID NOT, then I could call and speak with the store manager in the morning. We called AGAIN and was told AGAIN that the driver was on the way with TWO orders of wings because "that's what the driver said I was missing". FOUR hours LATER I still have NOTHING and I called back AGAIN and the manager on duty was RUDE and COMPLETELY unprofessional. Me being the customer, I PAID for food that I did not get and I get told to pretty much go F*** myself. That is STEALING from a customer because YOUR driver forgot the food. I WILL be reporting this incident to corporate and I will NEVER be buying food from here again and TRUST me EVERYONE that I know will be aware of this experience. I have NEVER dealt with so much IGNORANCE from a company. I work in customer service and THIS is not customer service.

Terrible service I can't believe how they treated me.. A bunch of thugs it took 2 hours to get my pizza and I was right down the street
