I'm from St George, where there are 3 pizza factories, and they do make a helluva good pie, and a great salad bar. I was hoping this would be a little taste of home.
The pizza was as good as st george, but to be honest the place was dirty, and the salad bar didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while, or filled.
I'll give it another chance, because my wife and I do like their pizza, but I really gotta wonder if that place could pass a health inspection. Geh, on second thought maybe I won't give it another try.
If you're going to manage a restaurant, holy smokes.... keep it clean. -

My family and I love the Pizza Factory. Whether it is in St George in SLC or in Lindon, though to be honest I would rate the St George PF the highest.
The food is great, the breadsticks are even better and their lemonades are awesome.
These locations are family oriented that serve good pizza (definitely better than any take-out or delivery place by far). This location could use some TLC though. It seems to be running down a bit everytime we go and salad bar is very standard. If you want a good experience get a specialty pizza, a lemonade flavor and their breaksticks.
Overall we love it and will continue to go there. -

This location of the Pizza Factory is located in an old house just off of State Street. I've never been particularly impressed with their food, unless we're talking about their breadsticks which are worth a visit (and an extra star rating). This last visit was probably my second in 5 years (and prompted by a gift certificate).
The atmosphere feels very "family-run" with very casual seating and mostly young students for servers and hosts. I think it's mostly out of tradition that draws most people here rather than the food, as the cost to quality seems disproportional to what I've enjoyed at other local pizza places.
If you don't mind being asked to "save" your salad fork for your meal, you might like it. If you go for the breadsticks, you'll be happy you did. -

I used to love this place but I don't know if their food has changed or my tastes have changed, it just wasn't that great. The breadsticks were ok but tasted basically like run of the mill white bread with garlic and butter on it. PIzza was the same. Good but not great.

Good night! I've expected better, given that the Pizza Factory in Provo isn't bad at all. But seriously? I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my roommate for lunch and we both ordered pasta with alfredo sauce. She ordered hers topped with sauteed mushrooms, and mine was topped with chicken. That was crap. Her mushrooms looked like they came straight from a can, and my chicken just looked nasty. It was pretty much like eating a Fazzoli's, a fast food Italian place that isn't too satisfying. I will say that the breadsticks are pretty good, but it didn't feel like enough to compensate for the crappiness of everything else.
The salad bar sort of reminded me of the salad bar we had in elementary school, complete with the spit shield. The containers for salad items were small and it was difficult to see what was even in them. Not too impressive. The best thing about our visit to Pizza Factory was our cute little waiter. Fresh from high school, he was super attentive and helpful. But I think I'll stick with the other Pizza Factory from now on. It's not too much for a girl to ask for fresh pasta, good chicken and alfredo sauce where the cream and oil are not already separating, right?
PS - the way that the restaurant is sectioned off is a little strange, and if you are one of the unlucky ones (which we were) to get stuck in the little enclave of the restaurant where they also decide to stick all of the large families with tiny kids, just roll your eyes and accept the fact that you're at a family restaurant in Utah - it must come with the territory. -

Go here with my grandma all the time. Nothing special. Just kind of meh. I usually get the BBQ chicken pizza which isn't bad.
