Pisces has quite possibly the best view of the Harbor, especially when compared to other restaurants in the area that now have previously awesome views due to obstructions, namely yuppy filled condos and townhouses.  The food is very good, with the emphasis on seafood options (the place is called Pisces, after all), and in my experience, the service is very professional.  The chef will typically make items off the menu if requested in the event that someone in your party has special dietary needs.  The live music can be a great plus, in particular I like to go to see the jazz, and sometimes go to Pisces for drinks and music, rather than a full-on dinner.  I have found that not many locals go to Pisces, but I really think they are missing out.

*Parking in the Hyatt garage is validated.

We have been coming here for well over 13 years and have seen the changes it has gone through.  It is very expensive and I am going to write about brunch.  I was very impresses with the variety of food offered (oysters, shrimp, crab legs, sushi, seasonal salads, salmon with accouterments, plus an entree you may choose.  I chose lobster with rock fish, which I must  say was delicious. We had Kelly as our server and she is always super warm and pleasant.   My complaint is that we had a reservation and waited an hour and 20 minutes to get seated.  We were assured that we were not going to be rushed out of there at 2 (this was 1:30 pm) and naively, we believed that we not be.   Again....  Super expensive, quality food, but remember that it is a touristy place.

Pisces is some of the best Baltimore has to offer!  You can have some of the freshest seafood in Baltimore served to you very elegantly, while seated atop the Hyatt Regency Hotel in the Inner Harbour.  All of the tables offer a panoramic view of the water reflecting the neon lights of the National Aquarium and the Hard Rock Cafe at night.

Pisces is one of my favorite restaurants of all times.  Their dishes are as imaginative as they are delicious and the waiters are always knowledgeable and friendly too.  Try their dessert sampler tray if you get the chance, five tapas sizes offerings, each that will blow you away!  Prices are very reasonable for an upscale restaurant such as this too, about $180.00 for two with wine and dessert.

Guys!  Looking for somewhere to go to impress your special someone?  Then take it from me... Pisces is a fantastic place to take a date or to go to celebrate a special occasion!  They also have live Jazz music some evenings in the small bar area...  dance a few songs with her cheek-to-cheek and you'll be her super hero for sure!  I would also recommend going there on 4th of July if you like the idea of sipping a perfectly chilled martini while watching the fireworks below.   Parking is offered by the hotel, but skip the valet service and park yourself in the garage if you are on a budget.  Valet costs $28,00!  The hotel also has a bridged walkway to the harbour area so you can take a stroll after dinner or hit a few clubs and not worry about where to leave your car.

Breathtaking view of the inner harbour from atop the Hyatt Regency.    Mainly a seafood restaurant...  they do have true chefs.   We are vegetarians and the chef personally attended to us creating incredibly amazing dishes.

Wonderful food, great service, lovely atmousphere!
