No trip to the legendary Mount Crescent Ski Resort would be complete without stopping for dinner at the Pink Poodle, if you can still walk after carving some of the most wicked slopes in the entire state of Iowa.
The decor is a combination of Deliverance and your aunt's antique doll collection, but you're not here for the dolls. You're here to eat. And eat you will.
The prime rib is excellent, and to be honest, the only thing I eat when I've gone here. There might be some other hidden gems on the menu, but when you find a place the excels at prime rib, does it really matter?
