This place was recommended to me by my photography teacher.  I did some comparisons between a few of the local printers and found this place to be the best for image quality (balancing) and they are also one of the quickest (target via flickr wins THAT prize -- ha ha).  I also found out that they handle some of Newlab's work.  Regardless, their website makes it ultra-easy to get a fantastic print made and delivered.  Highly recommended.

I have used Pictopia's services before, and have always been pleased, but the work they did for me last week was supurb. I own a framing shop in Berkeley (The Framer's Workshop) and I had a corporate client who wanted me to blow up four 8 x 10 photos to 24 x 30 for a framed display in their lobby. The photos were old film shots of the construction of thier building, the site in earlier times, etc. I had my doubts about the clarity of the finished product, given the size of the enlargements,  but when I saw the finished prints my jaw dropped. They were perfect. The black and white tone was adjusted slightly, as requested,  so that I could use the same mat color for all of them, and the detail was amazing. I highly recommend thier service. I have used both their web site, and have dropped off work in person. Great service.
