lol. i came here a few time back in the day with my brothers and sisters. i remembered it being better back then but i guess their quality had been depleted.
i don't know what to say other then read the other reviews because they're pretty much true about this restaurant.
just beware that you'll stink afterwards.
Like shopper g. said: "oh geez".
This place is pretty goshdarn awful but in all honestly I feel really sorry for them. (but obviously not so sorry that I could give them more than one star). I think the owner/servers/workers/even the busboys are embarrassed to working at this dump. You think it looks awful from the outside? The inside is no better. Food gets a rating of ONE negative star. Some of the meats were frozen and when you tried to cook them they got all burned and had the consistency of beef jerky. The sides were nonmemorable. Really, I can't remember a single thing they had there. I'm not even sure if they had rice.
What happened Picnic Garden? You used to be so good at the one I used to go to in Cerritos! I weep for you.
Oh geez.
After we left here last night, we were just kinda bummed that we just wasted $40 on dinner for some crappy food.
We came here 2 years ago and it was pretty good! WHAT HAPPENEDD? It was good from what I remember, and it was super packed!
Perhaps if there was more people there, it may have convinced me that it was good..but there was only *1* other family there....on a SATURDAY NIGHT! Normally restaurants like that should be packed on Saturday nights.
The food sucked. There was not much to choose from at all. The fried rice was dry, the meats were sliced thin, all of the other fried foods were not even crispy anymore. At least the vegetables seemed fresh?
What a waste of $40 dinner
Seriously, we could of went somewhere else and got more sastifying food.
It was so dead there that I felt bad.
Sorry Picnic Garden...I think its time to close up.

Even if I was given a free meal here, I wouldn't eat here. Beef stinks and everything else looked like they were sitting out for months.
There's better Korean buffets on Garden Grove Blvd.

I'm from Vegas, so I'm used to some really good buffets here so this didn't rank very high up for me. The only thing I really liked was the kalbi and the mushrooms. I tried a lot of different items in the buffet but they weren't very fresh or appealing to the eye. You can't expect much for a $12.99 lunch buffet though. It was fun to grill the items on the stove and the staff was really nice (probably because there weren't too much business). Anyhow, I don't think I would come here again. We were just in the neighborhood and our first choice of places to eat was closed. For Korean BBQ, I rather pay more at a restaurant and have better quality meats and veggies.
