I absolutely love this place. I've rented from them twice and both times I have loved the template that is made and I was emailed all the photos that were taken. I will continue to book their photo booths for future events. Definitely recommend!

Wow. What can I say. Prices here are really flaky. I was offered $175 for for a booth, a CUSTOM TEMPLATE, and 100 prints. I added 100 more prints for $50, so in total I should have paid $225. Which is not bad for a photobooth.
So, on Wednesday May 31st I messaged the pro on Thumbtack telling them the theme of the party I was hosting - Hawaiian. They didn't email me back until the week of pick up to confirm the theme, and they did confirm that the theme of the strip would be Hawaiian. They ALSO said they would send me a copy for approval, but they never did. The picture below will show the sequence of the emails and no where in between is there a copy sent to me for approval.
BUT TO MY SURPRISE, when I got there the design for my strip was just blue. So I asked why there isn't a design in the back. They said "Because you didn't purchase a custom template, but a basic COLOR template." So them why did they ask me for a theme for the template? So I said "So there are two different templates correct? A COLOR template which is one solid color and a CUSTOM template that carries a design?" The male worker at the time said yes, that there is a difference but I would have to ask the woman behind the desk. So I approached her and told her I was offered a CUSTOM template included in my package. She said, "No, a CUSTOM template is only a name, no design, the design is extra." I explained that the other employee pointed out the difference, that a COLOR template is what was given to me and a CUSTOM template carries a design. There excuse was that the person that offered me that package was fired. But THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PRICES. WHAT WAS OFFERED TO ME DOESN'T CHANGE. So she tried to pull something out of her bum and explain that it says so online. And what do I do? I look online and there is nothing that explicitly explains that a CUSTOM TEMPLATE is only a color and a name on the bottom. IN FACT, the CUSTOM template thumbnail on the site HAS A DESIGN AND IT STATES "Custom Templates (detailed graphics)".
SO THAT MEANS I PAID EXTRA FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS ALREADY INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE.
I was offered a CUSTOM template INCLUDED in my package, I got a color template. So, I had to pay an extra $25 to change the design to a CUSTOM template. WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IN THE PACKAGE AND WAS IN THE
Even though the employee who made this offer to me was fired, that does NOT give you the excuse to raise the price and make me pay for something I had already purchased. And stop making up rules that a CUSTOM template does not carry a design. And don't lie to me and tell me that on your website it says so. Rented from this place for our daughters 11th birthday celebration. I have to say overall great experience and knowledgeable, patient staff. They provide a customer help number to call in the event you have any issues or troubleshooting with photobooth equipment.
I am not a very high tech savy person but was able to change the setting for my pictures with the orientation and their instruction on how to setup the booth at their office when I picked up the booth. Loved them. I will be doing business with them again. I WOULD DEFIANTLY (and actually have already) recommend this company to friends and family. I rented a photo booth for a graduation party I was having on a Saturday. I was able to pick up all of the equipment Friday. I was instructed how to set up and use everything and given a number in case I had questions.
My custom themed prints were exactly what I asked for. The props they had were fun and a great selection/variety. My friends and family had so much fun and loved the photo booth and the backdrop.

I rented a photo booth from them for my daughters sweet 16 and they were very accommodating, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend this company they have the best price and I was able to pick up and drop off the machine at my convenience. Definitely give them a call they are legit! Thank you PBX!

My parents brought us to race had a great time. Very professional staff. We went in a Sunday night and the wait time was perfect. I would recommend this place to all families.

BEWARE! This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a company. I rented this booth (Groupon) for my child's graduation party. I paid an additional $50 for prints and requested a particular booth for the event. When I arrived to pick up, they attempted to give me a different booth and had LOTS of attitude when I was not willing to take the booth in which they originally prepared. BUT, I disregarded that and just waited the additional 30 minutes for them to prepare the booth in which I requested upon making the reservation.
Once I got the machine home, it took me 2 hours to get the machine working with very little help from the representative in which I was advised to call for support. Once I got the camera to work, I was not able to print any of the pictures, though I had paid an additional $50 to have. I repeatedly attempted to call the representative with no response. Once I returned the machine, I was assured that I would receive a refund for my $50 and all pics taken would be sent to me. I never received the refund or copies of the pics. I texted to let them know that I had not recovered them, but did not get a response. I have repeatedly checked my email and still nothing! I
- Paid and scheduled months in advance for my event
- Drove back and forth 60 miles for pick up and return
- Wasted valuable time trying to fix dysfunctional booth
- Was not able to use the printer, which discouraged guest from even using the booth
- Received NO pictures from my event
Though I feel that my event was ruined by the dysfunctional machine, I was willing to simply take the pics and move on.

Rented from PBX whom I found at a bridal show for my moms 60th birthday. This was a big hit at her party. They even made a template that matched the party theme. The girl that helped me walked me thru the process and it was a breeze to set up and take down. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
