I went there this morning to get photos for the German consulate. They have super strict photo requirements, and they guy at Photo Plus knew exactly where they were. The service was very quick and professional.

One of the best photo labs I've ever worked with, especially if you want options for your prints (borders, matte/glossy, etc). You can even drop off film after hours and pick it up at 11am the next day. You also get to pick either free doubles or a free roll of film with every roll you develop.
I recommend that everyone go here for all their film needs.
