The Phoenix Museum of History has always been intriguingly standing off to the side of Heritage Square (When did it become Heritage and Science Park?).  Today, I finally visited.

It meets the modern museum guideline of having interactiveness.  I could grind corn, smell barrels, put on overalls (yes) and spin a wheel to see what might have happened in the 1800s.  The lay out is nice, it has a flow.  The thing that I found strange is a lack of information.  There are signs all over the place, but there are many exhibits that lack explanation.  For example, at the overalls was a sign that read "Feel free to touch" but nothing that explained why they were there.

    Abrupt ending here.
