Review from Dan S.
Bothell, WA
Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are pretty good size, beds are huge and come with tons of pillows which is always appreciated. Parking is plentiful and there's easy access right off of Commercial. I didn't partake in breakfast but it looked pretty good.

Horrible!
You think I am being dramatic? Judge for yourself.
- When we arrived (myself and three kids), first thing my daughter noticed was a large chunk of poop beside the toilet. You'd have to be blind to miss it. Called to have it cleaned up and got the, "sorry, no one here can help you until tomorrow." Took a minute to realize the guy was not kidding. He had no intention of correcting the situation. Next day, asked at 11:30 a.m. if someone could clean the room and was told, "nope, staff only cleans until 11." Pretty serious health code violation!
- So called "non smoking room" was wedged between 3 smoking rooms. Some Harvard grad helped design that floor layout. Very noticeable musty cigarette smell. No escaping it.
- Advertised that they have wireless Internet. Was so painfully slow that it took me back to the late 90's when I used to have dial-up. Often times it didn't work at all. Fortunately, I'm a bit of computer hacker and the network infrastructure was poorly implemented. I fired up some wireless hacking tools that kicked everyone off the hotel network for a few minutes so I could get a couple email messages out.
- Breakfast. If you enjoy eating anything fresh and wholesome, eat somewhere else. Like Portland.
- When trying to check out, the desk clerk went on about how he just turned 18 and was raising his two kids, ages 3 & 4. I asked if he was from Arkansas, but the joke was lost on him.
So all said, this was a classic Salem experience. If you want to know what it's like to live in a halfway house, stay here. -
Review from Terance L.
San Ramon, CA
First and last time I'll stay here. Place is like a throw back to the 70's First thing my 10 yr old daughter said when she stepped in was "Wow, this place is vintage". We couldn't stop laughing. Hall way and our room had that musty smell like old cigarettes. Stayed here near the end of our trip to save a few bucks... next time I won't.

Review from Erin H.

I really liked my room. The windows are big and bright and the bathroom amenities are by Bath and Body works. The beds are super comfortable. I slept like a baby.
