Review from Arizona c.
Scottsdale, AZ
This name change was recently brought to our attention at Arizona cleanPROS by customers who were concerned that a competitor would choose a new name that so closely matched ours. We spoke to the owner of azcleanpro and he stated that his lawyer told him he could do it.
We at Arizona cleanPROS do not appreciate anyone riding our coattails in hope of attracting new business. We have worked very hard to earn the reputation as the provider of the highest quality cleaning services in Phoenix.
Phoenix Homeowner Services/azcleanpro can change their name but they clearly have done nothing to improve their less that acceptable quality and ethical standards. We have had contact from potential clients that want to make sure we are not azcleanpro. Arizona cleanPROS has a proven track record as well as quality and business ethics awards (Angie's List, BBB, etc) to back this up.
We at Arizona cleanPROS are in the process of talking with the Phoenix chapter of the BBB, Angie's List (they were bold enough to include the AL logo on their website), the Arizona Corporation Commission, and our attorneys to remedy this major ethical violation.
There is only 1 Arizona cleanPROS in Phoenix. We can be reached at (480) 836-4277 or online at http://azcleanproS.com.
Sincerely,
Steve Armour

Noticed in a routine search for a new cleaning company that this company changed their name from Phoenix Homeowner Services to AZCLEANPRO (AZ Clean Pro) under the same domain name: http://www.housecleani.../.
Name change was clearly in response to the negative reviews. Buyer beware!1 Previous Review: Show all »
