We stopped in the other day after working nearby. It was between lunch and dinner and we were looking for a snack. We decided to split a rack of ribs (12 to 13) and two sides and corn bread.
When the food arrived Lisa asked them if these were the pork ribs that we had ordered. They said that they were. These were Flintstone ribs, not the dainty baby-backs I was used to. The two sides... a pound each! We tried the potato salad and the coleslaw both were very good, the slaw is more mustard and vinegar than mayonnaise but still very good.
We were only able to eat a third or so and had the rest wrapped up to go. Over the next two days they were some of the best refrigerator snacking I've had in a long time.
If you are near by, go there, you will have good food! They have take out as well
