Pho Than is alright for to go when im at work or taking something home, but not the most relaxing decor or some where i would take a client or have lunch meeting. some of the ladies are not entirly friendly either, customer service is important, but the location is great so i havent kicked the habit yet :).
Pho Than seems to design for the poor man's Pho place. The service is bad, food is ok, place is depressing and just not happenning for me!
Mmmmm I love me some Pho!
I get take out from Than Brothers about 2-3 times a week (It's quite addicting) and it's always quick (about a 5 minutes wait for take-out), cheap (under $5, what can beat that?!), more than enough food and absolutely delicious! I've even gotten my 6-year-old addicted :)
I would recommend not sitting in the back room if you have a choice. I felt like I was in a lost, basement cafeteria when I ate in there. It's been take out ever since.
Suuuuuch good pho here. Really good prices (you can't beat a $5 dinner XD). And the creme puffs are nice. The only thing wrong is that it's hard to get a refill once your drink is empty. And that's annoying. But awesome pho.

I love Pho, but I tend to be picky. I like the clean flavors and simplicity. I like watching living things slowly die in a bath of magma hot soup. And I love anything I can smother in hoisin.
Sizes at Than Brothers are great. Flavors are good. Staff is (usually) helpful. Place can be a little dirty (at least the Redmond one), but you'll still find me there two or three times a week.
A word of advise, however: don't let them seat you in back. The fishtank is cool, I'll give you that. But the backroom is the land that service forgot.
It is cash only, too, so come prepared.
If there's one thing you can say about Than Brothers is that they are consistent, which to me is pretty important when you have a pho addiction that needs to be satisfied and there's nothing nearby you trust. It's the same menu as with other Than Bros. The pho is good, but not great. Each time I've been there, the ingredients have been fresh and the service prompt.
Unlike other Than Bros locations, the restaurant is clean and fairly spacious. The restaurant is rectangular with the long side (entrance) being nearly all window. This is great because is floods the entire restaurant in sunlight.
Looking for Good Pho? King of places to go for Pho, The Than Bothers know whats up. I wonder if they have Sisters that can cook. They give you a custard filled cream puff for apetizer or dessert. It sure puts a smile on my face =).
What a perfect meal to have on these cloudy & rainy days we have in WA. You'll spend less than $10.00 for two...Cheap, quick & yummy =P just remember its CASH only.
***My only pet peve about this place is that they don't check up on you after they give you your meal. I had to wait forever once just to get my water refilled.
Parking is tough sometimes but its worth the wait.

Having been to only 2-3 of these noodle style places, I can't say this is the best but it was pretty good. HUGE Bowls, you definately get your mula's worth. Everything was really fresh and the people are friendly.

I've been a Yelper for just over a month, and I can't believe it took me this long to visit Than Brothers and in Redmond, no less, what?
Anyway, my usual Than Bros. is Capitol Hill, but I was out in Redmond hangin' with my sis and she mentioned she had never had Pho? before. It was something that had to be remedied immediately.
Get me to Than Brothers! I need a small vegetarian with extra noodles, stat!
This place makes me very, very happy. A great place to go for a hot meal, that fills you up right, warms you up from head to toe. Add some extra rooster sauce for some extra hot, too!
I prefer the vegetarian just because I love the mushrooms and tofu so much, but if you want some meat with your soup, they have a vast selection of combinations. Once you get your soup, they offer several different sauces and additives to spice it up right. It makes me feel like I had a hand in making it just the way I like it, spicy!
My only gripe is that I can never decide whether or not to save my complimentary creme puff until after my meal. I wish they wouldn't bring it to you right away. That thing staring me in the face, stands no chance. I don't think I've ever been able to wait. Once I was even forced to order more after my soup. Damn you, Than Brothers!
Not really. This place is awesome, and I would recommend it to anyone for a great, hot meal. Especially if you're feeling a little under the weather.
By the way, bring cash, no cards accepted.

These guys are seriously taking over the world. I used to go to this place when it was inhabited by a Vietnamese restaurant that took practically a year to open up. They were good and I miss them, but Than Brother's is equally good if not better. They practically saved our butts. I only had 8 bucks and my husband and I were able to get a nice meal with free dessert I might add. Amazing!

I only try Pho Ga (Chicken Pho) and have tried many Pho noodle houses in the Puget Sound Area. Pho Than Brothers is right up there at the top. And I love their cream puffs that are served nice and cold.
They have a website at http://www.thanbrother...

This is my favorite place to go for pho, and it's so inexpensive! It's hard to find a place to park, but I still go back with my friends whenever have a craving for pho. The free cream puffs are also a nice touch and incentive :)

Best pho in Seattle. They are always nice, the food is great, and it starts at like $5.00 for a small bowl a pho (which isn't that small at all). You get more than your money's worth at their restaurants.
The broth is the best broth around. It is not as sweet, unlike the other popular pho restaurant..Pho Hoa. The only thing on their menu is pho and cream puffs so if you are looking for other Vietnamese dishes, you will not find them there.

Otherwise known as Pho Tan Brothers. A great little restaurant that serves pho without MSG and delicious complentary cream puffs. Portions are generous and prices are very good. My favorite pho restaurant in the Puget Sound area.

The business name/ownership has been changed several times in last few years, and it is called "Pho Than Brothers" now and has been my favorite Pho (Vietmanise noodle soup) place for a while.
Yes, it is a Pho place, not a Vietnamise restaurant. You go there to eat Pho, and you won't be disappoionted with the taste and price of the food. The soup tasts just right and they give you a good portion of meat of your choice.
The best part is that each order comes with a cream puff. (Not that tiny one you buy at the grocery store's frozen section). It is filled with custard cream....yummy! Even though they gave me one before I started with my noodles, I had to resist the temptation and save it for dessert.

I love pho and i loooooooooove than brothers! A small size bowl of veggie pho with tofu, cream puff and salad - all for $5! The small size, as they claim, is big enough for me and my husband. There is nothing like having hot, spicy pho on a rainy, gray day!The service is very quick and the food very healthy. Will go there any number of times.
This is one of my favorite place for Pho. Their broth is not too oily and pretty big portions of meat for the price. Only thing is they only take cash and check.
