I was drunk, but the pot stickers here are so so good.

Service was quick at like 4am and this place seems to be popular amongst the locals who have just gotten off work from the clubs/bars.

Needed a pho fix at 2am in Vegas. And got it.

The food was decent. I kinda wished the bowls were bigger, but they satisfied my craving after hours of gambling.

The service was nice. It was funny because my girlfriend wanted meatballs and asked the waiter how many balls are in the bowl. The waiter replied, "yeah you get about two balls," and chuckled. Our table chuckled as well. The service was good and gave up water when needed. But pretty much like any ordinary pho place.. nothing too special except the being open 24 hours.

Another prime example of why you should just order pho when you go to pho restaurants. My friends and I were visiting Vegas and wanted some Viet food so we came here. I was not in the mood for pho because it was so damn hot so I got bo luc lac instead. The prices were a little more expensive than the typical Westminster/San Jose prices..but it is Vegas and everything is more expensive there, except gas. The decor was nice and the service was decent. The food though, not the greatest. The bo luc lac I had was a little too salty for my taste, I think they might have added too much soy sauce. My friends' dishes didn't look that appetizing either....but what did look appetizing was this girl who worked there lol.

Your service sucks. Even by vietnamese standards. Your host is absent minded. I had to remind me him 3 times about my party and he STILL did not write my name on the list. THEN he seated parties that came after my party. Not just a few, A BUNCH. You suck pho long. Your service blows.  You need a new host, or a better one or at least train them to not ignore your customera.  I am generally very lienient on servce at PHO joints because you get what you pay for but you service was sensationally abysmal.

Not to mention, your Pho is subpar, and the spring rolls are itty bitty.  ugh. never again.

It was our arrival to Las Vegas from the grand canyon and my parents were super hungry. i could have gone for a hot dog. but you know some asian parents, don't like to try other things, olllld school.

yeah this places pho from what my parents say and my one spoonful was comparable to my own mothers. and man it was good. it was pretty pricey for pho but you know what, the ambience inside was very nice and classy, clean and cool, it didn't even smell like pho inside. [this is where you say OMG REALLY?] Yeah, REALLY.

So I wasn't feelin pho, but i should have but i got the chicken soft noodles, beef soft noodles, and fried rice and shared with my siblings.

The fried rice was SUPER bland, and the noodle dishes didn't have that savoriness to it that you expect form most asian noodle dishes.

the pho and ambience saved its rating how ever, the other dishes messed them up.

OH! and the bathroom is nice and clean! [You know i love my clean bathrooms!]

I guess it's "okay" vacation food...

Staff are nice and food came out pretty fast.

I had the wonton soup, beef cube steak and roast chicken rice noodles.

The wonton was very mediocre, the beef cube steak was barely acceptable and the roast chicken was rather dry.

One redeeming quality: the price tag isn't so high...especially compared to other eats in Vegas.

Will I be coming back to the restaurant on my next Vegas trip?  Probably not.

The Pho was fresh but I'm not sure I would try extra hard to return. A little like the Cheesecake Factory of Asian food because of all of the menu choices and Average for food and service.  But there is very good side note..its open 24 HOURS!

I could see it might work its way into being the best drunk food of all time.

I didn't believe Niza when she told me there was a place called Pho Kim Long in Vegas.  The funny thing is, I've eaten here before a few years ago and didn't even realize the name thing.  They've since had a facelift since I was last here.  It looks a lot nicer now.

The pho is really good. It's worth the drive.  The food is cheap and the quality is great.  Perfect drunk food.

It's rather nice inside now and the food is pretty consistent.  It's a bit off the strip, so if you're catching a cab there make sure you try and find one for the way back or call for one a bit before you are finished before your meal so it's ready to go on the way home, otherwise you might be stuck there for a bit of time.

Good pho here. I got the Pho Ga [chicken pho] and my broth was nice and clear, the dark meat was tender and delicious. The garlic fish sauce was good too.

Friends got the egg noodles with cha gio [egg rolls] and that was phenomenal. I will get that next time.

My other friend ordered the chao ga [chicken porridge] and porridge was amazing. Flavorful, hot, and delicious for your hungover tummy.

However, the service was short and very asian like....one thing did bother me. The porridge arrived soooo late and its the easiest thing to make and should be ready in minutes. We all finished our meal and he was still waiting on his! We asked the server twice and he kind of blew us off. I think he forgot both times and then finally placed the order the second time we asked. That lost a star.

My last couple visits here, we could not get a table. It is about an hour wait on weekends! WTF! So since today was Wednesday, we got in and were the 3rd party in the place. Its big, nice and best of all, clean!

Ive eaten here maybe 2-3 times but it was never anything memorable... This time though.... it was freaking great! The soup was so flavorful and the noodles were cooked PERFECTLY! You know how usually the noodles break in your chopsticks or they clump up and are hard to seperate? Not here... That alone makes this place awesome!

Id have to say that based on this visit, Pho Kim Long would be one of my top 5 Pho choices! BUUUT, Like I said; I had been there before and was not impressed so hopefully it wasnt a fluke today! :)

I don't know if pho shop owners gather weekly to come up with clever or hilarious names, but I like it. (maybe they do a weekly "Pho"ne Con"pho"rence.) The only thing more memorable than the restaurant name is the pho at this place. Pho Kim Long is delicious pho goodness in Las Vegas and it's open 24 hours. I never even considered eating pho in Vegas because I'm always trying to go to the buffets, but now I think I have to go here every time I visit thank to my drunk Japanese boss who suddenly craved pho. Because it's Vegas, it's one of the nicest looking pho restaurants I've ever been to. I just wish it was closer to the strip.

As far as 24 hours restaurants go, this is a pretty clean place. I believe they did receive an "A" for cleanliness. This was the only place my hubby and I could eat our last day in Vegas. Even though I could only eat a couple bites of Pho, it was the light end of tunnel I needed to plan my next trip to come back here for Pho. Vegas of all places for Pho! And order the coconut juice, you won't regret it.

LOL, LMFAO, ROFL!

"Fuh, kim, long...." - "fuhkimlong".....

Ok, so it was funny for me for the first few times I said it.....

The Pho here is pretty darn close to what I had in Vietnam, I mean it is just broth, noodles, and beef... but here you can tell their broth sits in kettles like they do at Pho 999s in HCMC. They don't give you as much beef as they do in viet nam, but it's still really really good. Can't say much for service, but food A+.

Here at Pho Kim Long (^,^ he he he) it's almost a mixture of Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai with their dishes which makes it better than just a Pho house.

Another plus is they're open 24 hours, which is probably why they're broth is so good.

So if you got a hankerin for some soup that's not heavy, but will fill your belly, come here to Pho Kim Long II and enjoy a bowl of Pho, hot and sour or wonton soup.

Vil asked me what I wanted to eat. I wanted Pho, yes I know in the crazy heat of Vegas I wanted to eat Pho. So Vil took me to Chinatown. We came here and I had there Seafood Pho. What it had in it, I don't remember.  I know it taste pretty good. I was satisfy but yes it was a bit pricey than what we are use to be paying. Overall dinner was good and went back to Vil's house to chill for the night.  Only in Vegas you can get Pho 24 hours a day.

I came home to San Jose yesterday RAVING about this place to my friends and they've all eaten here before.  Hello, keep me in the loop! I have been looking for a good pho place in Vegas for decades.  But every time I go I am too intoxicated to remember tho!!!
I am sure glad a local told me about this place.
It was about an $8 taxi cab ride from the Palazzo and definitely well worth the trip.
They have your typical Vietnamese fare including but not limited to Pho, Com Tam, Com Suong , banh xeo, goi cuong, and the list goes on.   I ordered the beef Pho and it was nothing less than great! But Get this!! They're like 7-11.  Open all day!!!. So if you're in the area and you're drunk at 5am in Vegas and really need something good to warm the belly before heading to bed. Make this your last stop!

Best drunk food in Vegas especially since it's open 24 hours.  My favorites: bo kha and the bo luc lac.  If you're planning on attending a pool party the next morning, don't eat here.  Not only will the food take away ripples from your six pack but it will give you major shiiizzzzeettss.  But IMO, the food is worth it.

Having just had the pho at Pho Saigon 8 yesterday I can definitely say that I like the broth better here at Pho Kim Long.  It is sweeter, not as salty, and more aromatic.

I ordered dac biet Pho that only has rare beef in it but you pay an extra $1 and they add tripe and tendon.  I then asked for double tendon.  It was good.  The broth like I said was solid.  The vermicelli, meat, and condiments were all good.

It is a little more pricey here but the service is great and the place is large, nicely decorated, and very clean.

I will be going back for more pho and to try the bun.

OK, OK...yes, it's true, we've been driving past this place for years on our way to dim sum. Yeah, it's also true there is no shortage of giggles and laughs every time we pass this place (think Beavis and Butthead..."HEH HEH HEH...you said "PHO"). But hot damn, I am through making fun of the name, this place is damn good! (okay, maybe I'm really _NOT_ finished making fun of the name)

Got tired of eating along the strip, so we all decided to head off the strip and go for some authentic asian cooking...some comfort food since it was freezing cold out (literally, temps were at freezing point or below).  For a party of six, the bill came out to be just shy of $90 and that's already including the tip!  How can you beat that in Vegas.

We ordered:  (2) Hu Tieu Hoac Mi Ga -Chicken Rice  Noodle - 5.95; (2) Kim Lon Egg Rolls; Pho Tai 5.95; (3) Rare Steak Noodle Soup; Special Combination Tender Beef Noodle Soup - Pho Dac Biet 6.95; 4 Avocado shakes; Soda Chanh Duong - Soda with Fresh Lemon - 2.50.

Service was good and food came in a jiffy.  I'd definitely be returning and the name of the place is hilarious...just say it really fast and you'll get what I'm talking about =)

This is the place to go for some nice Pho noodle soup and classic Vietnamese food! I usually grade Pho noodle shops by a couple of things... First, the flavor and quality of the broth, it can't be too greasy, great deep color of the broth, nor too much MSG. Secondly, the quality of the meat! I usually get the combination, of tripe, tendon, and the rare beef . Lastly, the quality of, what I call the extras, i.e. Thai basil, white onions, bean sprouts, jalapenos, &etc.

The second dish I usually judge a Pho joint is by the quality of the spring rolls. Now, I've been to many places where the spring roll just plain sucked! It's hard to find a place that has all the elements of a good spring roll. i.e. the shrimp, not too over cooked. The pork, is it flavorful? Is the vegetables mushy? and the overall quality of the flavor, not too much vinegar, a slight touch of mirin, and of course the quality of the peanut sauce. Makes me hungry as I write this! This place hit all the mark!

Now, let me say this, when a place is called Pho Kim Long...Pho soup is the way to go! Enjoy what they are known for! With that being said, the bowls of delectable Pho has to be one of the better ones in Vegas. It's not to say that the Banh Mi sandwiches are not bad, to be exact, it's actually pretty good!

Service is very prompted, friendly, and professional! Nothing negative to say about it at all!

Price wise, it's great! Everything is pretty much under $10.00! Can't complain too much here!

Enjoy!

Does he Pho Kher Long too?

Back when I used to live in Vegas, this was the place after partying.  Opens 24/7 and has a variety of Viet dishes.  Not just your typical Pho and Spring but also the Catfish claypot and the shrimp pancake watchamakolit.  Atmosphere is definitely better than the others.  The motif reminds me of my grandma's house.  Furnitures are laquered shiny inlayed with mother-of-pearl.  For us females, this is one place we are thankful for not getting our hair stunk.  Overall, food and service are better than other Pho house.

Despite the what is hopefully an unintentional innuendo in the restaurant name, the food is absolutely delicious. My husband and I were craving Asian food and decided to explore the areas off the strip. Intrigued by the name and prompted by good yelp reviews, we decided to try it out. We both ordered the standard Pho Tai (rice noodles in beef broth) and loved it. The noodles did not clump together like at other restaurants and appeared to be cooked to order. The soup broth was flavorful and very refreshing. I would definitely recommend it. And in Vegas style, the restaurant is open 24 hours!

Before I write my review I just wanted to say, this is more of a *CANTONESE* restaurant than Vietnamese.

My family and I always eat here at least once when we visit Vegas.  I don't really comprehend why we do, we just do.  Actually, here or some other Asian restaurant in "Chinatown" - but as of late, mostly here.  Last visit, we arrived at 8:00 pm driving from Grand Canyon, so we were all beat.  Surprisingly, the restaurant was packed so we waited approximately 10 minutes.

I found it strange that they have a "smoking section" of the restaurant, but that area isn't blocked off.  Wide variety of selections on the menu.  I think the only Vietnamese food they serve are pho and the dessert.  Everything else is pretty much from the Chinese/Cantonese culture, which is why I don't understand why their restaurant name is in Vietnamese.  Oh well.

Stuff is average - pretty good at times.  Not the best pho I've ever tasted, but will suffice during a late night craving of Vietnamese food.  I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here.  Oh, and one of the waiters is pretty cute :)

Ah, Fuck Him Long. My posse's current late-night dining obsession. I am no pho expert, and as a matter of fact, I order bun and not pho, but I find this place to be only OK. On our most recent visit, our table ordered together, and my #32 didn't come until everyone was done eating and we inquired about it. It's on the pricey side for pho...most dishes around $9-12. The shrimp spring rolls are popular with my krew, as are the rolls with the shredded pork skin, but I'm not particularly fond of either, especially considering the price. Service is OK at best. Decor is nice, almost classy, even. They're open late, and they're pretty close to the freeway, which are very good things. I'm not in love with the place, but some of my more pho-knowledgeable friends are very fond of it. I'll continue to go, but I'm definitely keeping my eye out for something better, or at least cheaper.

PRO-TIP: They won't split checks, so if dining with a group, bring cash.

This is a place I always make sure to eat at when I come to Vegas.  I wanted to find a good pho place in Vegas.  Afterall, pho is the best cure for a hangover!  I gave the place inside TI a chance, but let's not get into that (I promised myself to keep this review PG!).

ANYHOO, I love their decor.  It's all modern, dark, and surprisingly CLEAN.  Gives it a nice ambience for diners, unlike your normal everyday pho place.  Our waitress was so adorable and sweet.  I asked if it would be possible to get pho with just tendon and tripe since I didn't see that on the menu.  She smiled and said, "Sure! No problem!"  I've always had a great experience with the service here.  They're accommodating and fast.

Our pho came out literally 5 minutes or less after our waitress put in the order.  Their broth wasn't as flavorful as I remembered it to be, but their eggrolls were insanely oily like it always is.  Still good though!  They gave us our own fish sauce so we didn't have to worry about double-dipping.  If you don't mind the grease, definitely try their eggrolls!

As a homegrown Las Vegas local, its sad to see where this place is now.

Before the 2 expansions, It was a excellent, hole-in-the-wall vietnamese restaurant. It was all the rave in town, constantly packed and everything about it was great. Great tasting hot broth and fresh vegetables and noodles.

Then, the expansion. It seems that all the owner is thinking about now is maximizing profit. Such is apparent by the reduction in overall quality and waitstaff. Pho broth is bland, food is overpriced in accordance to the price and the service is negligible. I do have to say however their Chinese food isn't half bad. Although I'd rather go to K.J. Kitchen for that.

Maybe I'm just being an elitist, or am still bummed that this place used to be so good. Nonetheless, this place is nothing more than average by far.

Ahh, then I discovered Saigon 8.

It used to be a hole in the wall, but they expanded and redid the inside, it looks very nice now.  It was pack for post new years lunch time.

They messed up on multiple items (the order was given in Vietnamese so there was no language barrier problem), usually missing meatballs when we wanted them, and including stuff we didn't want but got anyway.

I got the shaken beef with white rice for $10.  Pretty good.  I do not reccomend their bun bo hue: the meat had no flavor, it's kinda grey, as if it was merely boiled in water.  The chili does come separate though if you can't handle spiciness.  The pho was decent, it has the strong anise star aroma.  An order of eggrolls included 4 of them with veggies.  I'm not sure what the price was but they were small fast food type eggrolls.

If you eat here i recommend trying to be seated in the separate bar/lounge room.  It's less noisy and secluded from the hussle and bussle of the main room.  However service is kinda lacking in this room as well.

This used to be my favorite pho spot in Vegas.  Some days, you tire of the endless buffets with rich, greasy foods and you just want some nice comfort food.   Pho Kim Long (yes, the name turns us all into giggly 12 year olds), was that place for me.

However, on recent visit, I noticed that they have remodeled/redecorated and their prices are really inflated now.  A bowl of pho there used to be like no more than 7 dollars but now, there are bowls of noodles over 10 dollars.  I think they are trying to reach into the non-asian market or something and trying to make it more upscale.  Bah!

Their food is not the greatest, compared to LA standards but it is pretty darn good considering the few choices that you have to select from.

I would have given 5 stats but took 1 away for unconscionable pho prices.

I really enjoy this place.
They are open until 3am, so every time I drive into Vegas, I stop by here for a 2am snack  :)

The second you sit down, they bring you water.  Love it!
Order the combination pho, can't go wrong.  The waiter is ready to take your order as soon as you are ready, no waiting.

The food comes out within 5 minutes -- the portions are large, and the prices are great.  About 7 bucks for the pho.

Can't wait to go back the next time I drive into Vegas.

"CRAWFISH" is a new addition to Pho Kim Long, and that's what brought me here in the first place.  They only started offering this shellfish in June, weekends only.

My luck that the Sunday I choose to come in, they weren't offering it. We still sat down for dinner and this is what we got:

* Hu Tieu Hoac Mi Bo Kho (Beef Stew Egg Noodle) - $7.95: The Big F enjoyed his noodle soup.  I was too busy with my plate to eat much of his.

* Dau Dua Xao XO Sauce (Stir fried String Beans with XO Sauce) - $9.95: Tasty string beans, a bit on the pricey side though.  A nice spice kick as well.

* Com Ga Hai Nam (Hai Nam Style Chicken with Seasoned Rice) $8.50: I've always liked Hainamese chicken since my friend's mom made it for me, along with the seasoned rice.  It's good here, but definitely not as good as my friend's mom's version.

Pho Kim Long II is a huge restaurant with lots of big tables for large parties.  A great place for families to eat and friends to gather after a late night.  Their menu is pretty extensive so there's plenty of choices for everyone.  And portions seem pretty decent-sized too.  (I wish they would get a bigger fish tank though because there are way too many fish in that tiny thing up front!)

From this experience, I give it a FOUR stars.

I love Hot N Juicy Crawfish up the road, and I definitely believe in some healthy competition.  So, last Friday we decided to finally check out their crawfish and see if it's worthy.

We decided to start off with two pounds and see where we went for there.     We noticed a neighboring table with their order of crawfish and was definitely excited.  It came in a large bowl with red potatoes, corn on the cob and sausage.  They also brought extra bowls for the shells and a plate for us to eat on.  The Big F requested limes, salt and pepper to make a dipping concoction.

I dove right in and noticed the big difference...the crawfish was not fresh.  It was old or way overcooked.  The tail meat didn't come off the shell easily and was broken up.  I thought it was just the first one and continued eating.  Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.  There was little to no head juice either, which was very disappointing to me.  The Big F was easily disgusted with the crawfish and we were glad that we only ordered two pounds to start.  (We usually go for two pounds each!)  The corn, potatoes, and sausage were good though, but it didn't make up for the bad crawfish.  Since it comes in a bowl, there's no sauce on the bottom for you to dip your crawfish in after you shell it.  No bibs were provided, which explains all the stains on my shirt.

When I'm craving crawfish, I'll drive up the road and spring the extra cash over at Hot N Juicy.

For this experience, I give it a TWO stars.

Overall, a four stars for their Vietnamese food, and a two stars for their bad crawfish.  I'm giving Pho Kim Long II a THREE star.

I've been craving Pho, because I've had a killer cold for a week.  My friend suggested Vietnamese food, so I thought of Pho Kim Long.  I'm so glad we came here.

My first time here was w/ Susan R. and it was sort of an unsavory experience, not because of the company or the food, but because a certain a-hole that we both had the displeasure of knowing was the main topic of conversation, anyways, that's neither here nor there...

The Pho is great! My friend ordered the Orange Chicken and the Scallops with Black Bean Sauce.  I love the fresh ingredients in Vietnamese cooking, it really adds a distinct taste that sets it apart from Chinese food.  If you're gonna do Vietnamese, go to Pho Kim Long, I highly recommend it!

I think we chose to eat here because of the name of the restaurant.

Food is pretty good. I came here with my parents and my boyfriend while visiting Vegas. My dad and I both ordered the typical pho bowl. My mom and my boyfriend both ordered this soup which was almost like ours except it also had blood cubes in it. I liked them all, and it really hit the spot on a cold night.

I just thought it was kinda pricey compared to what I'm used to. But I love the fact that it's open late night.

Note to self... don't order hu tieu at a pho restaruant. It was so nasty :(

Service here is hit or miss. I like how when you come in they bring you water really fast. But then after they hand you the menu they come back half a second later and ask what you want to order. Damnit wtf is with Vietnamese places that do that? It's seriously my pet peeve. Can I have a few minutes does not translate into "come back in a nano second".

Com tam and pho here is pretty decent, as well as their chicken wings. Every time I'm in Vegas SOMEBODY (not I) makes me eat here. oh well...

On a side note... my navigator in my car can't pronounce the name of this place. instead it says "arrive left on F!@king Long" lol

I decided to get out of my normal routine of going to Pho Saigon 8 and decided to try a new place. Boy, was I PISSED! At first, i saw that it was packed with Asians (good sign, right?). Whatever they were eating must not have been pho, because the broth sucked. It was this cloudy brown water with very little meat. I felt like I was being ripped off. I actually left angry because I could have gone to Saigon 8 like I originally wanted to.

I am shocked we came here on our face day of being in Vegas. My pops never really likes to eat anything unless its Chinese food. Well, okay that's somewhat of a lie. But here's what I make of the place:

Not too bad...was this placed called something else prior to being Pho Kim Long? I know we came here ages ago (my family and I) and I was sorely disappointed back then. This time around it wasn't too bad and it was actually quite good. The only problem was it was quite pricy for a bowl of Pho. I think it was 7 or 8 dollars for a average sized bowl. Trust me, coming from San Jose, CA you have places with an XL bowl costing you only 4 to 5 bucks.

Overall, I give them 3/3.5 out of 5. It was better then before, food was YUM-O, and service was eh, and the atmosphere was also EH. Enjoy!
