My boyfriend and I had to come here since Bistro B across the parking lot was PACKED. To my surprise, this little pho place wedged in the corner is not bad at all! They have good pho and banh xeo. Great alternative if you don't want to wait 30 minutes just to get seated.

EXPENSIVE, but meat comes plenty.  Also the meatballs come standard with the dac biet, so I guess the $7.50 price tag is a bit justified.

Their pho is not bad (quite oily which I don't mind), but the broth was lacking a certain depth I get at really good pho restaurants.  I usually never sauce up my broth but I got this weird urge to have to sriracha and hoisin it up.  I think my palate was craving for some more savoriness.

Oh, and an added bonus, when you leave, you can tuck your Chapstick away for the next few hours as your lips will be thickly coated and moisturized with oil.  :)

Other than Disneyworld, Pho might be favorite thing in this world. I don't admit to being a pho aficionado, but I'd like to think I've dabbled in the Vietnamese treat enough to know good pho when I taste it. Needless to say, Pho 95 just didn't hit the mark for me. I was looking for robust flavored with broth with a plethora of spice, ginger, and hearty noodles. But this pho lacked the real essence of what constitutes a solid Vietnamese soup. It was watery and didn't come with all the essential ingredients.

Pho 95 is a decent pho place and is a good spot for late night, but with so many other great pho places in the Richardson area it's hard to give it high marks.

Been here tons of times and had many different combos of pho and some bahn mi.  There are better places for both within about 5-8 minutes.  But where Pho 95 shines is their speed of service.  I don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 minutes before receiving my bowl.  And it always comes out steaming hot.  The other big plus is the price, but its not amazingly low compared to the other pho joints in the area.

Inside is pretty much what you'd expect from a stereotypical pho place.  Just really stark decoration and minimal effort, and I'm totally fine with that.  In fact, I'd think it weird if it was more dressed up.  Look, the places matches the surroundings and all those crazy potholes and divots in the parking lot.

To me, Pho 95 is a good place for a quick lunch/dinner that you can get in and out with little hassle in a really short amount of time, but that's it.  Nothing to do with flavor or uniqueness.  It's just quick, convenient, and cheap.  If you're craving pho past normal restaurant owners, come here. If during regular hours, there are plenty of other options.

Service was bad, had Three different people take our order, all the food ordered came out at different times. Food was not fresh. Just over all not happy with this place.

I've only tried a handful of places around town but this one's definitely my favorite for pho.  Cheap, fast, and delicious, just the way I like it!

If you've never had pho before, it may take several tries to get the hang of the toppings and condiments you prefer in your pho.  Some people like it sweeter, and put the hoisin type sauce in, but I personally like mine hot and tangy--with all of the fresh veggies, TONS of lime, and a hearty dose of sriracha.  YUM!

Pho 95 is a regular spot for us... But we had taken a short break from it for a few months.  I guess going there for lunch AND dinner a few times a week can kinda kill a good thing :/

Well, we hit it up today and it was yummy as usual.  We got our usual table which is by the restrooms... I'm surprised we chose that as our regular table many months ago.  We usually try to avoid sitting near trash cans and restrooms.. Lol!  I do like the flat screen tv in front of us that plays CNN with the subtitles playing.

The waitresses are all very friendly and they seem to rotate thru staff often, tho there are a few of the regular girls and guys working there still.  Some of you may have difficulty understanding their accents but please be kind and patient because they are a real nice bunch and they work hard.  Don't forget to tip!!!

Ordered our usual summer rolls with the option of pork, the pork sandwich (both items listed on the front page of the menu). Yes it does list pork sandwich twice, but the one that says "ga" is actually chicken.  There are a few funny typos... Play a game and look for them for a giggle.   Then we ordered the large #12 pho (beef) and #42 chicken pho.  Don't be grossed out by tripe and tendon on the menu... It's some of my fave!  The large noodles is quite a generous serving but makes more sense to spend a little more $ than the small and get a whole lot more.  Makes for great leftovers.  Oh ya.. We also ordered the pressed coffee with milk for our après dinner drink.  Rocket fuel!

Now, I don't know if it's just us or if this happens to everyone who eats at Pho 95 but be sure that you are close to a restroom immediately after eating.  Maybe it's the coffee?  Maybe it's the mix of food? Maybe its too much hot sauce? I dunno... But(t)... Nuff said! :S

Big servings, low price, great service.  I give them 4 stars cuz the parking lot sucks and so do their restrooms.  I really wish they could keep them a bit cleaner.  and the soundtrack they play can be amusing at times but can also make your head explode (in a bad way).

One of my favorite spots in Dallas! Try the Pho Tai... The best! The broth is my favorite, I wish I had some at home all the time! Very inexpensive... i feel like i'm stealing from them because it's that good. Wish I was going there tonight! Enjoy!

Hubby was hungry for pho and I let him decide on the place to eat. I'd really prefer cooking my own pho at home compared to any restaurant but we were already in the area and beats me slaving over a hot stove for a few hours. This may have been my second time here. Although I don't remember my first time. It's very much like most pho/Vietnamese restaurants that I've been to. The decor is stark or non-existent. The tables and chairs are sticky. The restrooms are horrible. They give you one slice of lime instead of lemon in your water to hide the bad taste of tap. There are plasma tvs on the wall and the food comes out fairly quickly.

We ordered a large bowls of pho with tendon, tripe, meatball and eye of round steak for my hubby. The small bowl of pho with eye of round steak and meatballs for me and a small bowl of broth and eggrolls for my son.  He got some of my noodles and meatballs. They didn't charge for the small bowl of broth. The broth was very flavorful and didn't need anything extra to make it edible. It just needed some spicy because we love our food spicy. They provided the usual accompaniments... bean sprouts, lime, basil and three slices of jalepenos. Three slices! That was not enough for one person. The eggrolls that they brought out looked like it had been cooked once and then re-fried to heat it up. The shell was dry and white. I did not taste the eggroll but my son seemed to think it was okay. He did not finish it though.

Our waiter was actually very pleasant though. He was nice and wasn't overbearing. However, once the food was served, no one came to check to see how we were doing or how we liked our food or came to refill our water. I also find this typical at a Vietnamese restaurant. The lack of attention that is.

the place has cheap decor but at this price range I'm getting exactly what I want.  Delicious pho and spring rolls.  This is the type of place you take someone after you've been dating a while.  Its very practical and I frequent it more than alot of other places in Dallas.  To give it less stars for a place I've only gone to once seems ridiculous.  I'd try the other dishes on the menu but I'm too into their pho

Prett good Pho, I had the combo (as always) of brisket, beef balls, and tendon.  The tendon was like buttah, the broth was fragrant and they didn't skimp on the condiments like some places tend to do.  They didn't provide cilantro, however, they did in it's place offer what I believe to be, I have no clue! It tasted similar to cilantro and looked nothing like coriander, so..... any help?

Big ol' bowls too! couldn't finish the broth. And that my frenss, for $30 including tip (for 3 peeps), was a veritable cornucopia of delicious, frugal sustenance.

Like better than the super sized Bistro B right in same area. Better prices, better food, shorter wait, quaint family run & by far more authentic. Must haves: spring rolls, Pho (which ever flavor is your favorite), and three bean drink (more of a dessert)!

This is the ONLY place my gf and I get Pho.  Because the Pho they serve here comes closest to Pho in LA (sorry to say but TX pho..eh).  And also vietnamese coffee (cafe sua da) is pretty bomb.

Complete Phô menu, you gotta go with the fully loaded soup or go home. The stock could use deeper flavors but it gets the job done when fully loaded with spouts and everything else I can't think of right now. I tried a few spring rolls to complete the late dinner, freshly made but nothing you can't find anywhere else. Typical vietnamese restaurant, with square tables, uncomfortable chairs and nothing fency. Asian music always in the back and the owner's kids running around when not helping to clean tables. Surprisingly, some of the staff also work at another location not worthy of mentioning. I rate this place : 3 chopsticks.

The pho here is usually pretty tasty with tender meat and good broth. I prefer a bit more basil, and theirs is sometimes not tip-top fresh, but still edible. They do make great crispy egg rolls.

this is my "go-to" pho place. it's always been the place i can get a good bowl of pho and end with a cafe su da.

the broth is good and always hits the spot. the egg rolls and spring rolls are fresh and come with great sauces. and they serve it all fast. an added plus, they stay open later on the weekends!

The only thing good about this place is that it's open late.  If you like windex being sprayed on the table next to you while you're eating, bleach scented water with a lime to hide the taste then this is the place for you!  I expect to see people that have never experienced good homecooked Pho to be sitting in the seats at this place. =)

I dropped in this place when I was in the area on a whim. I had their meatball pho (not sure what it is in Vietnamese), and the crunchy egg rolls. The egg roll was delicious, as was the dipping sauce and pickled veggies they served with it. The pho was pretty tasty on a cold day with lots of fresh greens and veggies to add in. The only thing that concerned me was the limes they put in our water, they had dark/black spots on them. Other than that, it was a pretty taste meal and the service was great.
