Great Pho find. As they say at Pho 78, "Hungry in Florida? Eat Pho or else!" Not sure what "else" they might be referring to, but the food is great. We tried out the chicken as well as the beef #10 and they were yum. If you aren't familiar with Pho, this is basically Vietnamese broth based soup with rice (or wheat) noodles and meat(s). You add fresh basil, spicy peppers, lime juice and sprouts to your taste and then dig in. Pho is typically eaten using chopsticks and holding your face close to the bowl so you don't get splashed by noodles with every bite (it can be messy if you don't do this). You use a special spoon to scoop up the broth. There are condiments on the table for you to experiment with. I usually add some red chili sauce to my Pho to give it just the right punch. The food was great and the service was good at Pho 78, but minus one star as the place could be cleaner.

didn't really give off the Vietnamese place vibe.  pho broth was ok as were the additives.  didn't care for their meat preparation (steak cooked too much).  the pork banh mi was not good (too much mayo) and cost $4.50

Pho places are a dime a dozen, and I can say i've tried many a pho place around the U.S. - But lucky for me, my favorite is right in my neighborhood. It's your basic Pho menu - a selection of noodle soups with your choice of meats: beef, chicken, tripe, etc. , also spring rolls appetizers, rice dishes, and more recently, sandwiches.

I don't eat beef so i can't really comment on those dishes, but the Pho Gha (chicken) is my usual. I think what makes or breaks a pho place is their broth, and so far they have the best.

If you've never had a Vietnamese sandwich before, i highly suggest Pho 78's chicken, pork, & egg sandwich. Hands down the best sandwich i've ever had.

Price is good, service is fast and good, and they always seem to be open when I have a craving.
