Hands down the largest selection of specialty pizzas around. From taco salad to plain cheese pizza....all are superb!! Small dining area in the back, great for kids as the place is very family friendly. Staff is really nice too!!!

For fresh, pure italian tasting pizza, please come here. Just do it. I can see you right now... are you going to Phil's? It doesn't look like it... how about now?
Anyway.. the romeo salad is awesome for the non-vegans out there, for example it is filled with delicious meats. And dude the grandmas pizza is awesome, potato pizza.. yes please! Buffalo chicken pizza? SHWING!!!
It is worth the trip. Oh and why don't you stop by the jewelry store right next to it? They have really pretty thingies. -

This is definitely the best pizzeria in Long Island. Their sauce is to die for. They have many different styles of pizza. All amazing! Their dinner and pasta entrees are mouth watering and plentiful. Everytime I come here it feels like I'm having a home cooked meal just how my Sicilian Mother makes. This is a REAL pizzeria with food that is cooked by 2 Italian brothers (Sal and Tony).

Let me tell you, my review may be biased because one night while I was picking up a pie at Phil's 2, my car stalled out and I couldn't start it. I asked the manager to borrow the phone, and called my wife to tell her the bad news. He heard my dilemma and when I hung up, he offered to give me a ride home. This was on a busy night. I will never forget that kindness. EVER.
Anyhow, the Pizza is fantastic. Best in Massapequa.
Only problem I have with it is that they don't deliver. -

Wow, I could've sworn I wrote a review for Phil's II already. But maybe that was the Earth-2 version of me.*
Since moving to Massapequa, I have never been disappointed by a pie from Phil's. In a few of my reviews, I talk about getting food that tastes exactly like what your mind imagines that food should taste like, no matter where you go. Often, you crave pizza but are let down by what you actually get. At Phil's, you will be more than satisfied. The crispy, cheesy but not too cheesy with perfect sauce slice you're imagining right now? You're not imagining it. It is in your mouth. You're eating a slice from Phil's Pizza II of Massapequa.
*DC Comics Earth-2...not sci-fi show I've never watched Earth-2. It was DC's way of justifying that their superheroes had been around since the 40's. -

Should rename itself the grease pit. I wouldn't feed the food to a dog

Not too shabby! Phil's Pizza I was way too crowded on a Thursday night, so we headed on over to Phil's Pizza II. I'd never been here before, but the menu looked promising. While the place is mostly take-out, they do have tables in the back with waitress service. We got an appetizer of garlic bread (because who doesn't looove garlic bread - plus you get a basket of bread at the table) and I got the penne a la vodka. Not only was the pasta delicious, but my meal could have fed a few people! I ate what I could, and had to take the rest home. The pasta ended up becoming my lunch for two days! I'd definitely come back here. It's also conveniently located in the shopping center with the Barnes & Noble and TGI Friday's.

Best pizza take out in Massapequa. Phil's offers so many great specialty slices, salads, and a variety of delicious Italian food. Try the whole wheat pizza. It's a rare find, and so good! They guys behind the counter are great and become like friends. They remember you name no matter how long it is between pizza nights, and always offer service with a laugh and a smile.

One of my favorite things about visiting Long Island is the pizza..... This area is peppered with pizza joints that know how to do it right. Phil's is no exception. Crispy crust, sweet sauce, quality cheese and toppings....
