Although I haven't been back here in almost a year, these guys were super nice to me as I was stopping by the area to look at a place.  Featuring scooters, they also dabble in the mopeds as well.  This place reminds me of the shop I used to work at back in Kalamazoo and that's a really great compliment.

This place Suxxxxxxxx!!!! DO NOT shop here you will be very very sorry. I know I am. The people here really don't care about you or your scooter after they have your money. I bought a scooter and it started having all kinds of problems. So I called them and told them about my issues and they said the earliest service apt would be in a month! Then they guy started YELLING at me on the phone and told me the scooter that I bought (from his shop) was a cheap scooter and that I was bound to have issues with it. Needless to say I did not go back there for service, I found a new place that knows how to treat customers! So if you want to get yelled at and ripped off then Philly scooters is the place for you. If you want respect and good service go just about anywhere else and guarantee it will be better than here.

How could I not review the one and only place in Philly to get a scooter?

Why don't you have a scooter again? You like paying $55/tank? The Vitality I purchased from Larry (the owner) at Philly Scooters is $1/tank. Sometimes it takes $1.05. And that gets me around all week. Oh yea - and a scooter is the same price as the laptop you are reading this on.

Every scooter I see in Philly is from Larry. Vespa's are overpriced and will not be found here. However, you can get that retro look, here too - and with more accessories and better color choice.

I choice this place because they offered scooters that were more aggressive-looking than Roman Holiday Vespa's. And Larry threw in a free cover for me because I bought so much!

This is in a great location - and Larry has all his scooters on the floor or on the sidewalk. You bring the scooter back to him for check-ups, and everyone is nice and scooter aficionados!
