I lived here for three years and left after the murder. My own building had issues with people getting stabbed. I had to call the cops a couple of times when thing were getting out of control.
The managment was mean during audit time. And kept asking me for my passwords for my 401k. Of course I didn't give them that, but come on! During the really bad snow storms they didn't even clear the drive ways. And getting anything fixed in the apartments took forever.
I see it has changed management and has a new brand. But be weary when you see this. And always ask a lot of questions.

Do Not Rent from this properity. Avoid them at all costs.
This apartment community has a pool and workout facility. Don't let this fool you.. During summer season when the pools are open, their are children swimming in the pool unsupervised! I've seen as young as 4 yrs old alone.. Alone!! Pool is over populated w/teens. Girls and boys making out, cuddling in the pool. Discussing! If you have a family, you will not get to swim here. The teens smother this pool. The workout facility is about the dirtiest place ever! It's never clean or sanitized, it looks filthy.

My neighbors across the hall throws his babies dirty poopie diapers outside in the hall. It reeks like poo. The children that reside here are unsupervised, kids shooting birds outside with BB guns, littering, egging and throwing tp all over cars, trying to break into apartments. Not to mention my car just got broken into last week!!

There are 2 washers and two dryers in each section and people leave their laundry in the machines over night so you never get the opportunity to wash clothing.

My unit is a two bed 1 1/2 bath on the second floor. So far my fan fell off of my celing, the hall doors to closets come off of the tracks, my bathroom sink smells like sewer when you turn the water on, I smell cannabis in my bathroom because upstairs neighbors smoke a lot. I smell cig smoke from my vents from the lower unit. My bathroom cabinet falls off because it's not properly installed, the towel holders break every time you place a towel on it. This place is no good. I guess if you like to live in the ghetto this is a good place, but for families that live here absolutely hate it.

They do not maintain this properity. I've reported broken/leaks that have not been repaired yet. It's been 7 months now, no response from the company!

Try a different community around the area. This one is fighting fire.d
