A very experienced bankruptcy lawyer. I am really glad I was referred to Phan, Nguyen and Associates, bankruptcy lawyers in Oakland, CA. She was very thorough in explaining the process to me and the flat fee. The lawyer was the one that helped me with everything, not some secretary like my last lawyer.
