This is the best place to go for GREAT tasting Chinese cuisine. I have tried quite a few dishes there, and I love them all.
These are the ones that I have had, and I give them all top scores:
Calamari, Shrimp and chicken lo mein, ribs, and beef and broccoli. I would  definitely recommend that you try the chicken lettuce wraps. So good. I eat mine with white rice. I love their spring rolls, as well as their shrimp and chicken fried rice. The crab rangoon is also something to try.
I have tried the new mini desserts, but I prefer the banana and ice cream. They wrap the banana in egg roll paper and fry it. Then they pair it with pineapple ice cream. So good!!!

This is our third visit to this location and although the food is always hot and delicious, the service is always horrible. Over 90 minutes, mostly spent waiting for our server, and all we had was one small appetizer and one entree that we split between us. Several tables were seated, served sizable meals, and left in the time we sat and sat (and sat).

If you have good company and plenty of time it's fine because the food is always great, but if you're ever in a hurry or are starved and need food immediately, you'd be better served at any generic take away chinese place in the area.

Went last night and sat in the bar...and here's a notice to the rest of the world. If you have a party of 10 - CALL AHEAD!!!!!

This annoying group of 10+ women stood in the bar area talking and lingering while waiting for their table. They might as well have been sitting with us! An hour of these women flipping their hair in my food was enough!

But the waitress did the best she could and was a trooper. I ordered the spicy chicken and it was tasty - sweet & spicy which I like.

The chicken fried rice was bland. The spring rolls were greasy but tasty.

Why don't they put any vegetables in their food? Chinese food is made with vegetables!!!!!

Overall - flavor is good - price is a bit high ($40 each for 2 sodas and 2 entrees and 4 spring rolls).

It is what it is...if you're with a picky person that likes it - you can definitely find something good.

I love P.F. Chang's in Norwood! Well P.F. Chang's anywhere satisfies a special craving in my heart/stomach, but this was my first PFC ever, so...this is the one that deserves a review! Plus, one of the things I love about P.F. Chang's is that it's the same everywhere you go. Just like McDonald's, but the damage is around $40-50 each time. But so worth it.

My favorites are the Crab Wonton appetizer, Mongolian Beef, Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, and Kung Pao Shrimp. Their brown rice is so good! Drinks-wise, I think they have Santa Margherita here, one of my favorite Pinot Grigios. Also, try the Red Apple Martini. It's very red and very good.

Eat here if you want a good dinner that you don't have to think too hard about.

Ok this PF Changs experience was a little better than my last one.  By all means when you eat at this location PLEASE request a booth as we did or you will be sitting out in tables crammed together with barely enough room to inch by as you are walking.  Party of 4 in our group, we were seated w/in the 15 min that we were promised.  Drink service was prompt, under 5  minutes.  Appetizer order took about 15 minutes to get to us, usual lettuce wraps, calamari and crap wontons with real crab, I was impressed!  I ordered the mongolian trio which included shrimp, beef, and scallops served in their mongolian sauce.    The portion size was disappointing as I had this favorable entree at the West Chester location and was really satisfied but it was $2 cheaper at this location...so I guess it was ok.  Service was mediocre and spotty.

For a tad better service, better ambiance and seating go to the West Chester location.

I'm writing this review on my blackberry from PF Changs! My husband and I have been here once before an experienced the good food and the outstanding customer service from its' staff. I honestly can not say the same based on the lack of customer service we are receiving as we speak. Not minding the initial wait b/c its lunch time, but we have been waiting for over 20 minutes for our server to bring us our drinks, which the manager so kindly took care of.  Not only that but she forgot my husbands' plate. She hasn't made face time with us since she took our order! I'm not tipping someone for doing NOTHING for us! I'm sorely disappointed and in this case the poor service made my meal taste just as bad.  Shame on you PF Changs!!!

I've eaten at other PF Chang's, but only at this location once. We went for dinner once last winter I guess because we couldn't think of anywhere else. It was packed and we got a tiny table in the corner, which wouldn't have been so bad if all the tables weren't so close together. I felt like we should strike up some conversation with the mother and daughter sitting next to us.

Anyway, the food is average...don't recall exactly which dishes we ordered. I'm sure my husband chose something very spicy, though. What I do recall is that there was no running hot water in the ladies restroom. This caught my attention first because it was cold that night, being winter, but also because an employee was in there using the restroom at the same time as me. Didn't seem too sanitary to not use warm water to wash your hands.

I really like P.F. Changs and always have since I first tried it in Tempe, AZ.  I especially enjoy their Lettuce Wraps and Ma Po Tofu.  I normally do not order Tofu or Broccoli at other restaurants because I do eat meat but I love this dish!  Great chain, I'm a loyal customer regardless of where I live.

I like P. F. Chang's, but I prefer the West Chester location.  This location has issues even though it was open before the other.  The service tends to be a bit slow and it's usually so crowded, not just with people.  They have too many tables crammed together.  You can't have a conversation without feeling like you're letting everyone around you know all about it.
The last time we went there we ordered Ma Po Tofu to share, spring rolls and spicy green beans.  The green beans were spicy, but not very flavorful.  Four tables that were seated after us got their meals before we did and one table even left before our one entree arrived.  Once we got to the bottom of our meal we found a small piece of chicken or pork.  Us being vegetarian and having ordered a vegetarian meal, this was not cool.  The staff was very apologetic, and made it up to us, but I think I would still rather go to the other location in the future.
As far as the other review saying this isn't real Chinese food, I wouldn't know.  All I've ever had is generic Chinese food and P.F. Chang's and P.F. Chang's is at least fresh, free of MSG and unique.  I had ma po tofu at Moy's Pacific Rim in Kenwood and it was gross, so maybe that was the real stuff?  I'll stick to P.F. Chang's version.

PF Chang's and all their other chains are horrible.  This is NOT Chinese food - ask any sane Chinese person.  I went there since Cincinnati lacks any Chinese food and I truly regret it.  I got a simple dish like the ma bo tofu and wow, it wasn't ma bo tofu it was just fried tofu with broccoli.  Call it something else, don't deceive people who actually know what Chinese food should be like.  Shame on you Phillip Chiang for selling out.
