good pool table, darts FTW, cheap drinks, passable bar food, a television every three feet, and plenty of the people that seem to make Yelpers afraid of my neighborhood.
as long as the car dealers aren't there, and they aren't most nights, this is a fine place to hang out with your pals and hustle some pool. sandi pours 'em stiff and it's nice and easy to stagger home afterwards, and it's a much safer stagger now that the Rose Garden's gone. -

Finally gave up on this place. After 2 years of blank stares from the white haired guy (owner?) never even saying hello. Our favorite waitstaff has moved on and that was the last redeeming quality of this place.

If you want good food, pool tables, a tv in every corner and that 'dive in Lake City' ambience that the kids go crazy for.
Nice hole. I doubt I'll go out of my way to hang there again once I move from the Lake City area, but it's been a great place to pass some time. Not too shabby. -

It's my walking distance neighborhood "dive bar of choice" because of the pool table and the lack of college students on most nights. Yes, rather than college students, you get the creepy old, senile drunks, car sales men, drug users, and an occasional cross dresser, but it's all good times. My bf and I go for pool and drinks a couple times a month.
I will miss Tara, my old favorite bartender, who is no longer there. But Sandi is cool too. She hooks me up. Good people watching, okay food (sometimes on the slow side because the boss man prepares it), and affordable drinks. Best part - walking distance. -

Sandi and Brenda are awesome- attentive bartenders! Drinks never stay empty for more then a few seconds. Food is decent during the day when they have an actual cook, at night the owner handles the late night menu and he doesn't have a clue.... Clientele is generally older crusty gentlemen but don't let that scare you off! They are all very friendly and have great stories about old Lake City.

The neighborhood sports bar with darts, pool tables and tavern food. It might be the only one in Lake City? I met the owner and he seems nice.

Good place. I live down the street, so I go often enough. Good pool, with tables that aren't always crowded. It's a nice change, it seems more of an older type bar than what there is now, but there is certainly a mixed crowd. Bartenders there are the best. Food is always good!
