PetSmart

This store is always clean and has what I need. Close to the house making it convenient to pop in whenever needed. I do wish they had more puppy clothes and I will say some of their pricing is double to triple what Amazon is depending on the item. However, the workers are friendly I get greeted every time or asked if I need help finding anything. I even told the lady at check out I purchased a new puppy and showed her a picture and she melted. I ended up purchasing a heart charm to engrave her name on the laser machine they have in store which was fun. Thank you Petsmart, will be back!

What a world class crew. My cat has been harness trained for the better part of 5 years and we've never had an issue. He's been leashed at plenty of vet appointments and on walks and never slipped his harness. Until today when he decided he'd had a bad day, slipped out, and ran away from me in the parking lot. All the team members knew exactly what to do and helped guide him back into the store and corral him for me. They helped me get cleaned up, I was all cut up, and even sent me home with one of their carriers to keep him safe. I then had him seen as an urgent care patient at the vet, impromptu, no appointment. They were amazing, as he was cut up pretty badly too. Me and the Purrminator cannot say thank you enough, without this team I'd still be chasing him down the street. Thank you for saving my cat, he's my best friend.

Sierra did an amazing job grooming my doggo :) I'm definitely coming back! Everyone at the store was very nice! Overall a very pleasant experience.

I brought my dog here on July 29 to get shampooed, nails trimmed, and teeth brushed. I figured since I had taken them to another PetSmart it would go smoothly. The woman who did her grooming was polite, understanding, and patient.

Unfortunately, when I first walked in with my dog the woman in the front complained how I was 15 minutes early, said I could wait, had a rude tone, and yelled at my dog to stop barking when I came to pick up my dog later.

We all have bad days at work, but I've had my dog a year and a half, she's 8 now, and prior was not only abandoned, but physically abused, parts of her ears missing, scars under her fur, and not given proper nourishment when I first got her to name a few. It took a long time for her to trust that I wouldn't harm her and to walk in and see a groomer yelling at my dog to stop barking when that's what dogs do, is not a place I trust leaving my dog.

This store is a joke-Darin the night manager has no idea how customer service works and should get better training-he also is not a veterinarian or certified in tropic fish but thinks he is-his inability to provide proper information to customers shows his lack of knowledge and should have better training from professionals who can provide proper information so customers aren't duped by his ignorance-we plan to also call the corporate office to file a complaint as well-

The grooming here is very subpar. They say your dog is matted when it is not. How do I know it's not? Because I just took her to the vet last week and they said nothing about matting and they gave her a thorough exam and complemented her coat. Further they recommended she get a haircut and I stated I just wanted a bath and brush but if I wanted a haircut what would they recommend? At first they stated shaving about an inch off. Get her used to it since she's a puppy and then it went to. She is fully matted and they don't have time for her today. I was originally there for a bath and a brush.

Great experience at this Petsmart location...Darin is a top notch employee who went above and beyond for me. Hands down, he made me a customer for life! He was friendly, patient and listened. He is the reason to not online shop when you have such a great customer interaction with him! Thank you Darin and Petsmart!

I just got back from a grooming appointment. Scheduled with one groomer but he got butchered by another. Never ever go to this place if you want your dog to come out looking normal! This place is a joke and I will NEVER go back...I could have done a better job myself .... blindfolded!

BethAnne did my English bulldogs nails. She performed an excellence service . My English bulldog candy is a senior with hip dysplasia and arthritis in both knees. She took excellent care of her and got her nails nice and short . She's my new go to for grooming .

Just bought a bag of Wellness brand dog food for my dogs. When I opened it 3 days later, it was rancid in smell. Upon examining the expiration date which I never noted anytime I bought food, it expired 1/21/21. How the heck was it on the shelf for purchase. Sad thing is, manager never apologized and seemed bother I wanted to exchange it. I asked if they had safeguards to make purchasing food from here safe, she begrudgingly said, yes. Atleast she reimbursed me for the full price as she said she couldn't give my points back. Customer service said she received multiple calls this week for she issue. CHECK THOSE EXPIRATION DATES.
